We totally enjoyed our stay at The CHEDI and were sorry to leave . although we moved to another excellent 5 star Hotel in Qatar we missed the ”warm welcome home ” feeling we had been so enjoying at The Chedi .. The room was incredibly comfortable (especiilay the wonderful bed 0 and the facilities perfect for us ..It was lovely to have such well trained and accomodating staff ..The breakfast spread was delectable , the gym perfect and the dining options nearby as well as in house outstanding ...Were looking forward to our next Qatar visit ..the hotel choice is now simple ..Thankyou to all the delightful CHEDI staff .

The spa and gym are totally no.1 in Doha. From time you walk in - the ladies at the spa reception are friendly making that 1st encounter that much more memorable The pool staff tirelessly professional in their Service despite the heat. The life guards are friendly too. The chef at the Flamingo bra and restaurant- I really wish I remembered his name - he made a gluten free meal for me as their menu was limited options. I do hope management commend him for his can do nature and recogansie him as the staff of the month or something. He came out of the kitchen to the pool area to ask what he can make - he made it and then came back after to check if it was fine. What a gent Seriously though - hard to fault the place or the staff. Keep it up 👍

One of the best hotels in Doha I was in the country first time with my small baby and mom, from the first step to the hotel we saw the warm welcoming by a Moroccon Hostess (sorry I don’t remember her name 🙏) who approached us, holding my baby and starting to entertain him, she guided us to the Reception where I met The Front office Manager Ghada Abdelwahed, who did her best to make our staying in the hotel comfortable and relaxed. Next day in the lobby concierge and reception noticed that my baby is a little bit sick they sent to our room complimentary cake and fruits wishing my baby soon recovery. Rooms are very nice, clean, and comfortable. Restaurants are premium class with a very tasty food. Both service and the level of hotel are on the top level. I highly recommend to everyone. These was our third hotel staycation by Hilton here in Doha. Sad to say it was our best experiences among the three hotel. From valet, reception, room services, kids club, breakfast and dinner up to check out, My family got and enjoyed the top notch services of a 5 star Hotel. Very well done guys and you deserve a commendation and shout out. Thanks to the very nice and helpful Mr. Mohamed sahin and Ms Rebecca and Jenny for taking good care of my kids. The restaurant crews ramzee, Riza, lachana, and Karl for the delicious breakfast and dinner. You all deserve a 5 star ratings.

Worst service you will ever have. We asks for a manager to assist us and requesting for consideration as we book to meet up with friends. They didn't allow us to come up in the room. As per the guy that talk to us. His name is Tony and seems his approach to us is more than a hotel security and he react all the time during the conversation instead of responding. His rude also the way he talk to us maybe because we're Asian that's why he doesn't even show any professional approach and instead of explaining nicely. His trying to show that we don't know anything. And telling us that all the rules is written on the paper that sign of our friends that come first to the hotel and insisting that, we should go through the whole thing while our friends are rush to sign in the reception and not being told of the timing. Considering that we booked the hotel through platform and there was none being mentioned that we cannot come up late at night even though, we booked the hotel untill the following day.

The rooms are amazing and spacious, and the food is very good. Be ready to be treated like royalty as the service provided by the staff was outstanding. Nothing was too much for them. Abu, the life guard by the pool side was beyond words. He went above and beyond to look after us. Always made sure we were comfortable and looked after. Mary by the security was super friendly and lovely to speak to. Jane by the pool side was so welcoming and ensured we had the best service. We are definitely returning to this hotel. Ramadhan always made sure we had our drinks and towels, and constantly checked on us. Can't wait to go back..

بدايةً أود أن أتوجه بشكري إلى عائلة من الأفراد قاموا بضيافتنا على أكمل وجه, ليس مجرد موظفين محترفين وحسب. كمبينسكي ريزيدنس هو عبارة عن منزل ثاني للجميع. يتفوق على غيره من عدة نواحي أهمها العناية والضيافة الأصيلة. هذه المرة عدت للإقامة في هذا الفندق مع عائلتي بعد فترة غياب طويلة ووجدت أن جميع الموظفين يعرفوننا بالإسم ويقدمون لنا رعاية و اهتمام حقيقي لكل طلباتنا ويعلمون بكل ما نفضّله من طلبات خاصة. أشكرهم جميعاً بداية من موظفي الاستقبال وأخصّ المديرة (تشاو) وطاقم الاستقبال كله أصحاب الابتسامة الصادقة. وطاقم التنظيف الاستثنائي وخدمة الغرف المميزة وموظفي المسبح المحترفين. تمت ترقية جناحنا إلى جناح أكبر وإطلالة رائعة على المدينة والبحر. أشكركم مجدداً و إلى لقاء آخر قريب.
