Stayed for a week as part of the (excellent) Basque MTB organised trip. I can’t praise the owners (and bar staff) more, they couldn’t do enough for you. Food was excellent, and the set up perfect. Safe underground parking, good bike store with access to tools and jet wash, and use of laundry. You can request a packed lunch and ask for other special requests. We had a bunch of friends over for the end of the trip and they were made to feel really welcome too. Rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. One of our party had the ground floor accessible room which gave us a perfect lounge to get together after the bar had closed. The hotel sits between river and road and also has three bars within spitting distance so it can get a bit noisy if windows are open. Finally I can guarantee you’ll be happy with the tab at the end of your stay; beer, wine, coffee and pintxos are (as is the region) really good value.

Hicimos una parada para tomar y picar algo después de una actividad en bici. Sitio muy acogedor y agradable. Pedimos bocata de tortilla de bacalao, croquetas y bolitas rellenas de carne . Rstaba todo muy sabroso y la terraza agradable para hacer una parada .

Ya habíamos estado en el bar y en el restaurante. Ofrecen pintxos, bocadillos...y gorrín por encargo. Nosotros lo encargamos y muy bueno. Los responsables Mariví y Jorge regentan también el hostal. Hemos estado allí un grupo de ciclistas y la verdad es que aquí fenomenal es poco. Habitaciones irregulares, limpias , funcionales. Garaje para las bicis con enchufe para las eléctricas. Sólo nos queda....volver

Pinchos muy buenos. Ibamos a pillar la estancia, aunque tambien la acertamos donde estuvimos. Los pinchos son variados y nos parecieron buenos buenos. El vino de la casa, jo, no recuerdo cual es, pedidlo sin dudar. Aparte, mucha simpatia y buen precio (peron, no me van las tildes).

Queríamos ir de fin de semana a Navarra y Euskadi y usamos una caja-regalo para pasar 2 noches con desayuno incluido (es de los pocos establecimientos que ofrecen 2 noches en un mismo vale) y nos pareció un sitio atractivo desde el principio. No nos equivocamos para nada: una buena recibida en el bar del hostal para luego acompañarnos hasta la increíble y renovada habitación, grande, con techo de madera, calefacción y balcón con vistas sobre el pueblo y el río. Colchones comodísimos y baño totalmente reformado, cuidan mucho las instalaciones. Más que pensión podría pasar por hotel perfectamente. Asímismo, fuimos a tomar un vino al bar (enfrente) una vez instalados y nos invitaron a una ración generosa de tocino que estaba realmente de muerte, nos habría encantado quedarnos más veces a comer allí. Regentado por una pareja siempre a disposición y con una sonrisa, evocando sin duda que siguen el negocio de la estirpe familiar con orgullo. El pueblo es interesante, cómo todos alrededor y en coche estás a algo más de media hora de Irún/SS y de Pamplona. To-tal-men-te recomendable, no hay motivo para no ir, más bien todo al contrario. En cuanto podamos, volveremos.

Siempre bien. Sitio limpio, nuevo y muy honesto. Conozco el bar y el hostal desde hace más de diez años. Suelo ir a menudo y siempre estoy como en casa. Los dueños son gente de categoría. Así da gusto. Para volver en cualquier momento. Se está de lujo

Un hôtel très sympathique, des propriétaires charmants ! Chambre très propre et joliment décorée. Une adresse à retenir et à conseiller !!! L’hôtel est juste en face du bar, possibilité de se garer dans la rue pour les voitures. Nous étions en moto, le gérant nous a conseillé le parking souterrain afin d’éviter des problèmes la nuit, sans nous faire payer de supplément. Nathalie
