房間很大 環境很好 洗漱用品是西班牙Nature Biss 在攜程訂了第一晚 在官網訂了第二晚 是雙早和打球的package 辦入住的時候兩個不同訂單兩晚一起辦了 就可以不用換房了 前台説衹要第二天把鑰匙重新刷一下就行了 結果第二天中午收到銀行短訊扣了我400多美金預授權 叫攜程問酒店 説是以為我要續住 扣了我一晚房費 但是金額比攜程訂的第一晚便宜 去前台説明情況 叫他們給我退了 説已經取消預授權了 住完兩晚退房的時候又問酒店退了沒有 説已經退了 半個月後回國打電話銀行 預授權還凍結着 叫攜程打電話問酒店 酒店説退房的時候就處理了 但到現在預授權都還凍結着 不知道搞什麼鬼！

El hotel es muy lindo, moderno y cómodo. Tiene desayuno, un área donde sentarse hermosa, pileta y parking gratuito. Nos alojamos por una noche en una habitación grande, para 5 personas, con 2 camas grandes dobles y un sofá cama doble. Pueden dormir hasta 6 sin problema. Tiene un solo baño pero es amplio y muy cómodo. La ubicación es cercana al Dolphin Mall y a 15 min. del aeropuerto. Lo volvería a elegir por la relación precio-calidad.

When our flight got cancelled and the hotel was flooded with guests at midnight, Dorette was amazing. She got us all checked quicker than I would have imagined (working two computers at once). She deserves a reward. Hotel was also clean and comfortable. But she stands out.

The warm welcome started with the security team at the entry barrier and extended to the excellent reception team which were some of the best we encountered in all of Florida. Desi checked us in and unfortunately a room wasn’t ready (despite being after 4pm) but he worked to get one ready for us as soon as he could and in the meantime told us all about what was available at the resort and made it clear if they could do anything to help us we need only ask. We saw Desi a few times over our stay and he remembered us and always checked to see how things were and that we were having a good time. The rooms are lovely 2 bedroom villas with fully functional and equipped kitchens and all utensils. There was also an almost king sized sofa bed in the living room so it can easily sleep 6. My wife and I loved the very comfortable super king bed in the master suite and the large bathroom area. Having a washing machine and dryer in the room was great too as this was the end of our holiday it was very handy to get a head start on our laundry with the reception team giving us extra washing products that we needed and so we actually managed to go home with 100% clean laundry. We didn’t encounter any issues with the room. They are obviously well used but it was clean, well equipped and felt like a home away from home. The added bonus here was the entertainment team who added an extra sparkle to our stay with group games for prizes put on every day. Free icecreams for the kids and alcohol drinks for the adults. Each one of them were brilliant but a special mention to Heidi who was especially fun, engaging, helpful and went out her way to help us get the most of our stay. She will know Lewis especially really enjoyed his fishing in the lagoon thanks to her! The pool area is great too but only half of the jets are working in the hot tub at the moment. We were worried that the location would be too far from everything but it was perfect because we had a car and downtown and the South Beach area was within 40mins drive. The massive local shopping mall with restaurants within 15mins and then when it was time to fly back home we were at the airport within 20mins. On that the resort is on one of the approach paths to the runway but the rooms are soundproofed and when the patio door was closed we didn’t hear the plane noise at all. I personally however did enjoy watching the planes coming in to land from my balcony. So thank you for the wonderful stay and fantastic end to an amazing time in Florida!
