Hotel Douglas County dengan Sarapan

Easy check in process. Had dinner at the restaurant and the food was good. Wait staff was a little slow - not in speed, but intellect. JUST MY observation. Hotel staff was speedy and courteous. We had the suite with living area and kitchen, which was nice. Good space and separation between living and bedrooms spaces. Air conditioning was good once the sun went down. Now, the bad:. we live within 35 miles of the hotel and chose to have our wedding in the town, we decided to stay at this hotel (not really a resort, but the location is nice and it takes great pictures). Hotel cleaning crew were knocking at the door by 9:30 am asking us if we’d left. While packing up and moving baggage to the car, cleaning crews were lined up in the hallway. While moving stuff back to the cars to check out, we forgot our wedding cake in the freezer. Once we arrived at our house just down the road we called the hotel to ask if the cleaning crew had found the cake and if they could hold it so we could retrieve it. We called in the morning and did not hear a word from the motel until almost 3:30 pm. Apparently they threw it out. SURE they did . . . I understand that anything left in the room they won’t take responsibility for, but really? I hope you all get violent dysentery !!

Affordable stay, fine for a couple nights. There's not much to do around though. Café is cheap, food was OK.

I spent five days here for a business trip and was really disappointed. The hotel itself looked very nice and was kept extremely clean, which is a huge plus. However the rooms could certainly use some work. I stayed in a king bed room and was expecting the bed to be somewhat comfortable. This was not the case. The bed was bumpy, lumpy and as felt as if I was sleeping on the box spring. The walls are insanely thin. I could hear full conversations from the other occupants on either side of me and was graciously woken up every morning by the sounds of either the wake up calls or their individual phone alarms. Not only that, the toilets flushing and showers from the bedroom above me. So all in all, the hotel wasn’t awful but certainly needs either some upgrades in the way of beds and noise. I would stay here again only if there wasn’t anything else available.

Awesome snowboarding trip with friends, big rooms with oven and full kitchen, great value.

酒店是太浩湖最好的度假村之一，新開業不久，設施新，很乾凈衛生。Valet25刀每晚。有自己的私人沙灘，很適合打高爾夫。餐廳符合亞洲人口味。SPA沒有預約上。但估計不錯。服務也算好。除價格高值得入住。

Excellent as always. Love this place and everything about. Good food too. Never have to leave this place to enjoy yourself

We came for a ski holiday. It's convenient located at the heavenly resort area, which also means that you need to pay an extra US$25/night for resort fee. But the hotel doesn't have Bell service or room service at all that i think it's because of Covid. Also it took away our coffee machine in the room which is super inconsiderate. They call it high touch area🤔. Also the sink was leaking in our bathroom and it drained very slowly which makes it dirtier
