All good except badly need an extractor in the restaurant for breakfast. After every morning's breakfast meal, come away smelling of hamburger!😝 Good location near Shin Urayasu train and bus station, bus limo to/from Haneda and Narita @1300yen and 2300yen makes it convenient. Parking is expensive so need to price in if renting car. Shuttle to Disney offered Free drinks (including bee and sparkling wine) and snacks available in the evening which is a nice touch

This is one of the hotels you will be send to for the mandatory COVID19 quarantine. We needed to stay here for three nights. Our room on the 11floor (R21105). We came from Vietnam and they treated us really nice, they make us feel comfortable like a home. This hotel is very close to NRT Airport. In typical Japanese fashion, twin room is tiny, but there is everything you would possibly need. Friendly, helpful staff and quickly check-in. When We needed their help, they appeared immediately. Everyday we had 3 meals included rice, fish, miso soup, noodles, sausages, etc. Generally a very traditional Japanese meals. Really delicious and soon! Since the room is small there is a sign that says you can put your luggage under the beds. Overall, great place to stay.

It’s a late arrival at Narita Airport. I opted to stay a night at this hotel before check-out the next morning to catch a train to enter Tokyo Metro. Spacious room. There is Family Mart at the hotel lobby. Pleasant stay and I must say a really quick Check-In process. Yes there is shuttle bus to-fro Narita Airport. I must say, it’s very cheap.

Very new and nice hotel, self help amenities at lobby including face masks, cleaners and lotion. Dyson fan n air purifier, hairdryer in room. Clean and Comfortable stay. Next to train station and very big Aeon mall. Will consider coming back again. Limit to 3 pax in one room only. Strict regulation.

We booked the hotel at the last minute through Trip.com. It was advertised as a last room available and a smoker’s room so our expectations were tentative. We were very pleasantly surprised by the standard and cleanliness of the facility. It is very conveniently located an easy 4 minute walk from the Hakimmakuhari railway station station. There are plenty of eateries in the vicinity. The Hareda and Narita AirPort Express bus also stops at this hotel. The room was clean with no smoker’s smell and all the comforts available for travellers. Breakfast and lunch is available at the hotel cafe. The food and service is very good. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive to our needs and nothing was too much for them. Ueda-san deserves special mention. The hotel is located within the Makuhari Residential Park and the parklands are pleasant to walk around. Makuhari beach is a 10-15 walk from the hotel, as is the Zozo Marine baseball park. Highly recommended.

Location is kinda far from Narita airport but they have free shuttle service. They said it’s more crowded in the morning so I had booked it before making a reservation for hotel room. Also I didn’t know that I booked a room for three people. Amenities are to me little disappointing since there was no bottled water, hand soap and shower cap. My husband wanted to go to a pharmacy in an emergency situation, but then there was no Pharmacy near there around 22:00. We arrived around 18:30, there were many restaurants opened in walking distance but no shopping mall kinda thing. We had dinner at the closest restaurant where you can get a good hamburg steaks and bread. Hotel staffs were kind and friendly.

A nice hotel for an overnight stay. There is a good free bus shuttle service between the airport and the Nikko Narita airport hotel. The staff are professional. There are no shoos etc in the area. The hotel does provide restaurant services but I didn't have time to try them. Overall a good stay for one night when catching Narita based flights. Thank you.

Love this hotel. Stayed here as I was going for 2-days of Disney parks. It’s got a Disney shop in here! Nearby the Disney rail. There’s even a convenient store in the hotel. Love that I got daily replenishment of the amenities like shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Most hotels no longer have this benefit. Love the convenience of the shuttle busses to go to Maihama station and the bayside station, it is a life saviour after a whole day of Disney in the sun. However it will be great if the hotel had shuttle busses that takes you directly to Disneysea. Here’s my opinion: the hotel is slightly dated but well maintained. The room looks comfy and not as dated as some of the hotels nearby. It is more affordable than Hilton and it’s like literally opposite. There are 2 Lawsons in Hilton if you need more supper variety. View from the room is amazing. You can see the Bay Area and Hilton and Toy Story hotel :) Will 100% stay here again when I go to Tokyo disney resorts.

Staff were very helpful with absolutely any and every question I had (and I had many). The buffet dinner was great and I got a packed breakfast the next morning since I left too early for the breakfast buffet (my own booking mistake) The location and shuttle bus from and to Narita airport are fantastic if you want a hassle free in and out with a comfortable stay after a long travel.

3k多帶早餐倆人的房間，先説服務，會有三個服務人員幫我們拿行李（我們行李確實也多）整體服務很到位細緻。 早餐：真的沒必要體驗，就是預製小菜湊出一盒，温泉水煮豆腐沒啥味道，性價比超級低🤦♀️。金槍魚醃漬的這種品質也好不到哪去。真的不如直接出去吃個鰻魚飯 房間：相對於擁擠的東京酒店，面積確實寬敞，但值得吐槽的是潮濕的屋子不通風對我們來説就是花錢遭罪，我和老公都有睡潮床單起濕疹的體質。特別的難受。四樓一進電梯就有股澡堂子的濕氣和味道，屋子裡也是有一股子味道。潮濕導致被子也有股味兒。 設施：一樓澡堂子可以體驗一下，是黑巖功效的熱水（其實就是放幾塊黑巖泡個熱水就説有這個功效）很乾凈人很少，護膚用品都是雪肌精的很不錯。 用品：這個戴森吹風機真的拯救了我！全用它速幹大風量來吹被子！要不然這一宿我倆絕對是遭罪之旅！每個房間都有這個戴森，給的浴衣也很好看，還給了小籃子🧺用來裝東西。 旁邊就是新勝寺，很大，一個小時逛不完，後面還連着成田山公園，這條街真的很漂亮可以拍照。地理位置確實好。打車到成田大概200出頭rmb

Perkhidmatan yang sangat pantas oleh semua kakitangan dari hotel ini. Di luar jangkaan saya, saya tidak menjangkakan perkhidmatan yang begitu baik, tetapi saya sangat berpuas hati walaupun saya tinggal di baju kerana saya mempunyai penerbangan 7 pagi keesokan harinya. Hotel ini amat berbangga dalam menjaga pelanggan/tetamu hotel mereka. Setiap perkara kecil telah dimasukkan secara terperinci; svc bas ulang-alik percuma ke/dari terminal lapangan terbang & svc ulang-alik ke/dari pusat membeli-belah AEON sangat berbaloi, harga yang sangat berpatutan untuk harga yang dibayar pelanggan untuk kadar bilik. Saya mesti memuji Marroad Htl sangat bersih. Akan sangat mengesyorkan mereka untuk mencari perkhidmatan ulang-alik lapangan terbang percuma dan dengan penerbangan pagi untuk menangkap. Pasti akan bergantung pada hotel ini untuk transit/ persinggahan Narita masa depan saya. 10 bintang kalau boleh. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Hotel International Garden Narita memberikan cabaran dari segi kebolehcapaian, kerana mencapainya melalui pengangkutan awam melibatkan menunggu bas kawasan tempatan dan menavigasi cerun curam selama 5-10 minit. Sebagai alternatif, bas lebuh raya menyediakan laluan terus tetapi datang dengan kos yang lebih tinggi dan slot masa terhad. Aspek positif ialah penyediaan hotel tunggangan Lapangan Terbang Narita percuma dua kali setiap jam, menawarkan kemudahan untuk pelancong. Walau bagaimanapun, bilik mungkin terjejas oleh bau yang pelik, mungkin disebabkan oleh kelembapan yang tinggi di kawasan itu, yang memberi kesan kepada keseluruhan pengalaman penginapan. Booked for one night for our last day in Japan. They provide free shuttle service to and from airport, Aeon Mall and JR station. It was super punctual. There was a convenient store within the hotel where everyone spends all their balance cash notes and coins buying snacks and what nots. The hotel staff here is used to international travelers and they speak good English and not so much Japanese like in other hotels. There was a koi garden which entertained my children.

Last stop before heading back. Room size is big, amenities provided were top notch. Even though room seems a little old but it’s alright for us. Breakfast was good as usual. Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Will stay again for next trip.

Great hotel directly across from the monorail so easy to get everywhere. Our room had a view over DisneySea and we could see some of Fantasy Springs. Rooms are huge (American size) which was a welcome break from the tiny rooms we experienced in the rest of Japan. Small convenience store in the hotel as well which was useful as well to pick up some small items.

This is definitely a higher class hotel comparing to the next door comfort suites. We did stayed 2 nights at comfort suites before moving to this Hyatt property. Everything is more upscaled and with the club lounge access, the breakfast is buffet in the main area which is great. Afternoon cocktail was ok, not the greatest selection, especially in terms of seafood types of food, but reasonable. We usually come here for early breakfast(6:30-7:00am) and it was great. But if you come around 9am, there'll be a line to get in. The shuttle schedule to Disneyland/Disneysea is quite less than that in Comfort Suites and they have a weird coding system with circle & square notations on additional shuttles which is confusing to me. That said, they do have shuttle to/from the train station, which Comfort suites does not have at all. I think you can take Comfort Suites' shuttle if the schedule at Tokyo bay does not work for you... We did use the coin operated washer/dryer in Comfort Suites before moving here which is very convenient. As we walked around, there's a bigger laundromat nearby(5 minutes walk).

My family and I liked to stay in this hotel. The personel is polite and rooms are clean. They have different foods to choose from . Perfect place to stay with kids. also you can see Fudzi if the weather is clean.

새로 리모델링해서 시설은 매우 깨끗, 깔끔했으며, 일본 숙소치고 매우 넓습니다. 화장실 구조가 매우 특이함. 방은 다 오션뷰인거 같은데.. 우리가 묵은 숙소는 굉장히 규모가 큰 묘지 뷰 & 오션뷰 였습니다 ㅜㅜ 아쉽... (묘지뷰가 찝찝하다면 호텔 예약할때 호텔에 반대편으로 요청해 놓으면... ) 1층 편의점은 저녁 9시 30분 이후에는 동나요 ~ 24시 식당은 메뉴가 한정적이에요 ~ 딱 한번 먹어보기에 좋아요, 조식은메뉴가 다양해보이는데 중국식 위주인거 같아요 ~ 출국 일정만 맞으면 호텔에서 제공하는 버스를 이용하면 좋을거 같아요 ~ 몇번 운행을 안해서 버스 이용은 못함 ㅠ 디즈니 다녀오기에 위치는 굿 ! 신우라야스역까지 버스로 10분정도 ? 이온몰도 있음 !

Too far from the major part of the Tokyo. Stay away from this hotel if you only visit in the major part of the city. This hotel room is clean and bigger than any other hotel in Tokyo that we have stayed. Though I like they give us the huge bottles of shampoo and conditioner, there’s lot of things that they need to work on: 1)They still go in our room when I put Do not disturb sign. 2)Microwave should place in common area for fast heat up, yet I like the service of microwave the food for you and bring the items to your room. It is still inconvenient. 3) No beverage given to us in the refrigerator that’s minus points. Their breakfast package help you save some money. Breakfast starts 7-10am. The breakfast foods are all same everyday, so don’t expect new menu every morning. Check out time is 12 pm and they can hold onto your luggage on your last day and take their own free bus shuttle to Disneyland. After you finish visiting Disneyland and come back to take your luggage and leave

Very large room with 4 beds, it was tidy and clean, great parking facility and conveniently located near Disneyland and Disney sea, especially with their free shuttle services. There are local malls restaurants and supermarkets within 10-15 minutes drive, staff was wonderful too.

ディズニー2日間の中泊に利用。 部屋の広さと、お風呂・おトイレがセパレート、電子レンジあり、で決めた。 ディズニー帰りなのでチェックインも混み合っていたが、ロビー横に広々としたラウンジがあり、フリードリンクもあったため小学生の子供もゆっくり待ててよかった。 夜ごはんを買うローソンも混み合っていたが、品切れがあることもなく、子供たちの夕食になるもの、お菓子（アイスや翌日用）、ジュース、アルコール、など買えて便利。 そして部屋に電子レンジがあるおかげで買ったらすぐ部屋に戻って食べることができて、子供連れにはとてもいいと思った。 お風呂も洗い場付きで広々としており、おトイレ別なので気にせずゆっくり入れてよかった。 ベッドも広いタイプが２つくっついているので、広々と寝やすそうだった。 大人、高校生は遅くまで起きてもスペースも広いし、テーブルでテレビ、と今回はソファースペース付きにしたので、大人は荷物の整理、パッキングなど使いやすいお部屋だった。 結局、子供たちがベッドで大の字になって気持ちよさそうに寝てたので、一人はソファースペースで寝ましたが簡易ベッドとしても十分な広いソファーだった。 チェックアウトは機械でカギを入れて操作するだけと簡単ですぐに出発できて満足。

バースデーで宿泊しました。 手違いがありアップグレードしていただきました。 常時ラウンジを使え、平日なので混雑してなくゆっくりできました。 ラウンジの軽食が口コミにいろいろ書かれていましたが、サラダもあり良かったです。 ケーキはなく、フィンガーサイズのマカロンや、タルト、ドーナツでしたが、タルトがとても美味しかったです。 アメニティも充分にありましたが、シャワーキャップがなかったです。 あと、エアコンがすぐ効かなく、それが嫌でした。 海浜幕張駅から徒歩２分。周りにはアウトレットもあり、いろいろ楽しめます。 また泊まりに行きたいです。 でも、総合的にとても良かったのでまた泊まりに行きたいです、

Great locations as it is just 5 mins away from the premium outlets and the makuhari train stations. It is also near Costco and near to a huge aeon mall. There is a bus that will take you to Disneyland as well.

非常棒的酒店，邊上是千葉警察局，很有安全感，進門能看到中日兩面大國旗，感覺是非常歡迎中國遊客的酒店。從房間來説屬於中規中矩的那種，類似國內以前的那種幹休所酒店，10樓的浴場很棒，不大但是很乾凈，觀景視野好（畢竟是周圍最高的建築之一）而且沒什麼人，前台歐巴桑非常和藹可親。因為作息習慣問題沒試過早餐餐廳，西餐廳的牛排手藝不錯。出酒店左轉100米左右有個711便利店，右轉走兩三分鐘有個“金角”居酒屋，各種刺身烤串天婦羅嗨棒挺適合喝酒聊天。總之在這裏的經歷非常愉快！

I was only there for one night so I’m not sure about the service but the location is great five minute walk from the station and they have an outlet mall and restaurants and some brand faces so you can actually get everything you want for souvenirs or shopping in the area and if you have a Costco card there’s a Costco nearby 10 minute walk morning breakfast is ¥2000 if you want breakfast that day it’s 1000 then if you reserve breakfast in advance expect us to say that Friday is not a lot I don’t think it’s worth ¥1000 but that’s just my opinion

主人が高齢なため、ユニバーサルルーム(バリアフリールーム)を利用させて頂きました。 部屋がコンパクトにまとまっていて、余計な物がないので、転びやすい主人には助かりました。 初期の認知症があるのですが、トイレにも迷わず行くことができました。お風呂も手すりがあって使いやすかったです。 また環境に配慮されて、シャンプー、ボディソープなど、大きい詰め替えボトルに入っているのも素晴らしいです。 トイレの内側にカビが付いていたことだけが気になりましたが、それは次回伺った時に改善されているとイイなと思う点です。 朝食に関して。コロナ時期なので、ビュッフェがなく、その代わりに朝食ボックスを持ってきて頂けました。期待していなかったのですが(スイマセン)、とても美味しかったです。スープが特に美味しかった。 ちょくちょく千葉に伺うことがありますので、その時はまたよろしくお願い致します。 ありがとうございました。

Location is good in that it's right next to the Don Quiote and the surrounding area is quite relaxing. It's a comfortable 15min walk to Chiba Station. The hotel has its own ”onzen” which I quite unique to have for a city hotel, so thats a nice feature. Rooms were nice and comfortable. The only thing was that road noise was quite audible at times, but luckily it wasn't that frequent when train or passing cars in the area would cause any annoyance

Reserved a 3-night stay at this hotel, conveniently situated within a 5-minute walk from Chiba station. Enjoyed the complimentary welcome drink available from 2 pm to 11 pm. It would have been improved if they provided hot coffee for guests in the morning. A notable highlight is the onsen on level 3, offering a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. Special commendation to Ms. 李, who facilitated our check-in. Upon overhearing our Mandarin conversation, she promptly switched to Mandarin, enhancing our understanding and overall experience. A thoughtful touch that stood out during our stay.

駅から近くとても便利な立地にあり、 疲れている時には有難いです。 また ツインでしたが、 広めのスペースにゆとりの有るツインにして ゆっくり過ごせました。その 翌朝の急用のデスクワークも出来てそれも助かりました。 ただ冷蔵庫が余り冷えなくて 水と、飲み物が やや冷えたかな？位だったのが、残念でした。 とても便利でした。 フロントの方の対応も チェックアウトな時の対応も丁寧で良かったので、 リーズナブルな点も含めて 設備等々は古めではありますが とても満足しています。 ありがとうございました。
