The receptionist did not greet us and did not provide sufficient information about the hotel facilities, e.g. wifi, check-out time, restaurant's opening hours and transport. The room was too dim and small. The price was quite high. Overall the room was clean and the breakfast was of good quality.

位於“德拉赫騰”，緊鄰320路公交站。前台禮貌熱情，服務意識很強。餐廳既大又安靜，菜品很好。房間乾淨整潔，窗外景色很好。

La habitación que nos otorgaron era para discapacitados, la ducha fue incómoda ya que dejo todo el baño mojado. Precio alto para la calidad de la habitación.

Good stay bad sleep , all ok except the bed , it’s 2 pieces and separating while sleeping and you might fall down like what happened to me

Difficult to reach to Hotel, nearest railway station is also far. Can you provide any pick-up, drop facility from Hotel to nearest railway station or nearest railway station to hotel.

This hotel was very clean, stylish and well run. The staff were helpful and friendly. My room was nice and the food in the restaurant was superb.

Nice hotel to stay when I visit family or customers. Not far from the highway and therefor easy to reach.

I usually rate these hotels very highly, however the room was dark because there was no central Lamp in it. I also had trouble getting a cup of coffee out of the coffee machine. The position of the hotel is excellent and the provision of electric vehicle charging points was very welcome.
