really good location hotel

Zum Schlafen und als Ausgangspunkt für Dresden City ist das Hotel hervorragend. Das Auto würde ich nicht dort parken da die Kosten deutlich zu hoch sind. Leckeres und preiswertes Frühstück gibt es in der Nähe auch reichlich.

Sehr gute Lage

Eine viel bessere Lage eines Hotels kann man sich kaum vorstellen. Wer auf historische Altstädte steht, der ist dort genau richtig, denn er ist mitten drin, genau im Zentrum. Was die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung unseres Zimmers betraf, gab es nichts zu bemängeln, ganz im Gegenteil. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Das dazu gebuchte Frühstück ist zwar in das daneben liegende italienische Restaurant ausgelagert, gibt dem ganzen aber keinen Abbruch, da man dorthin direkten Zugang vom Hotel hat. Das Frühstück selber ist sehr reichhaltig und für jeden mit Sicherheit was dabei. Wir haben das Hotel für eine Übernachtung nach einem Konzert Besuch gebucht, welches bis 22:30 Uhr ging. Es ist zu diesem Zeitpunkt in den vielen vorhandenen gastronomischen Einrichtungen rings um den Altmarkt schier unmöglich noch einen freien Sitzplatz zu ergattern, da alles besetzt ist. Ich hätte mir daher gewünscht, im Hotel noch einen Absacker einnehmen zu können, das ist leider nicht möglich. Wer das nun aber nicht unbedingt daran fest macht, dem kann ich dieses Hotel nur empfehlen. Was auch etwas sportlich ist, ist wenn man mit eigenem Fahrzeug anreist, die Parkplatzsuche. Aber auch dort wird einem an der Rezeption geholfen, es gibt Empfehlungen für Parkhäuser in der Nähe, wo im Vorfeld auch freie Kapazitäten geprüft werden.

Wunderschönes Hotel, in perfekter Lage.

I had not the breakfast included on the price so I paid extra 22 euro a day for enjoy it. The breakfast is far too be ok for that price. It is a breakfast for a 3 stars hotel, not 4 stars. Very limited. Don’t take the room with breakfast. It’s better instead to go in a coffe shop to enjoy got.

Was a fabulous location and within walking distance to many tourists attractions. It was also near the Christmas market which was incredible. Hotel room was very comfortable and clean. Great breakfast too!

Very nice property- close to everything. Loved The Christmas Market which was just a block away. Room had a large bathroom and also glad it had a small refrigerator and a safe.

It was a very nice a centralized hotel. The church outside the front door is beautiful. There are great restaurants and shopping close by along with a lot of sites to see.

Excellent location: The hotel is located in the center of the old town, and it is quiet. It is a pretty short walking distance to the central train station. Spacious room: High ceiling and spacious room. The bathroom is clean. Staff is friendly. I would recommend it highly to stay there.

This hotel is in the center of the old Town and walkable to many of the important sites in Dresden. It's a short tram ride from the main station, no need for a car. Public transport is excellent and can bring you everywhere else. Daily breakfast buffet is is served at a Vapiano which is across from the lobby, this is an additional charge. Other hotel type services are somewhat limited but the room, bed and bath are very nice, quiet and comfortable.

The Amedia Plaza was a surprisingly luxurious room for the price, and the location was great.

We booked this place specifically because it was downtown, had parking, laundry, large rooms, and hardwood floors. Parking was full. Usually if this is likely to happen, the listing will say "limited parking", but it did not. There was no public laundry room. You could give your stuff to housekeeping but they wanted to charge per item, between 4-11€, which is an extremely high price for a full bag of laundry. We booked the comfort room plus, but they gave us the twin room, and said it would still be the same price. Supposedly they are allowed to give you a room with a heigher ceiling and charge for a larger room. They said only the corner rooms look like the photos. The hardwood floors were very nice and it didn't have the usual hotel stink, but the pillows had a light scalp smell and there were a few small hair clippings under the blanket.
