On a recent trip to Dubai, i stay at HIEX Safa Park for a total of 10 nights. The best thing about this hotel is the location. A short walk to Business Bay metro station to get to places in the city easily, and literally at the doorstep of Dubai Water Canal, which is wonderful for a run or leisure cycling. The breakfast spread, a little boring but acceptable. The housekeeping though a little disorganised (missed a towel, or I had to get my room key reset) but the staff is generally eager to help sort out issues.

I will recommend this hotel for the reasons as below, 1st of all, I like it's decorations. very urban and modern as it's name, and I like my suitable room at space 25㎡。 2nd the price is reasonable the most important is that the gentlemen at the reception are all nice. Romeo is friendly helping a lot when stay. see u, guys.

The most impressive thing in the hotel was the staff. Every single staff member was friendly and always able to help (from the people in the breakfast, the pool guys, the reception to the cleaners). Especially in the restaurant Kishan ( a lovely waiter) is always with a smile on the face ready to assist you. My room was every day clean and on the desk I had free hot beverage (coffee, tea). I loved my bed even my pillows.. so soft. The hotel is approx 12 min away from the centre by car, but thats no problem because the main transportation is the taxi in Dubai. For sure i will come back and I highly recommend this hotel especially to the women that travel alone. It feels very safe

Also the rooms are kept clean and tidy by the great housekeeping team. Very sweet and thoughtful that they surprised us with roses on the bed on Valentine’s Day. Hotel staff were extremely polite and helpful. Vino in particular was a stand out and helped us with our admin. Hotel had good view of the New Year’s Eve fireworks at burg Khalifa. Location was ideal by the Dubai canal for leisure activities like cycling and walking. We discovered Dubai’s sights and beaches by bicycle and it was the best experience.

Salah satu yang terbaik di Dubai. - katil yang sangat selesa dan bilik yang selesa; - kolam renang dan gimnasium yang sangat baik. - sarapan yang baik (mempunyai banyak pilihan - India, Cina, Barat dan lain-lain). - hotel di dalam mempunyai restoran hebat dan salah satu bar tertinggi di dunia - Vault. Mesti lawati. Kekurangan: - sedikit meningkatkan perkhidmatan semasa sarapan. Tetapi selain dari perkara kecil ini - TIDAK BOLEH DIPERLUKAN DAN WAJIB. Tidak sabar untuk kembali.
