The best hotel I've ever been privileged enough to stay at. The elegant décor of the rooms, top-notch amenities, and high-quality services are the prime attractions of this hotel. I loved it!

Clean and nice hotel, friendly staff, good equipped gym, rooftop with pool. Location-wise it’s suburb so you need transportation for hot spots.

A lovely hotel, we booked the classic room which was okay for our stay. Housekeeping was excellent! Shout out to Awais and especially A.Rooban for decorating my bed! It was beautiful. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Downside is there is no YouTube even though its a smart TV so my child got bored. Their WiFi doesn't support VPN so had to buy data so I can talk to my family as you can't talk without VPN. They give reusable glass bottles for water which they fill up each day and give. Lastly their location isn't the best, all attractions etc is really far off so taxi is best bet as metro isn't close by.

It was pleasant stay, I love urban khoory cuz its really clean there. The receptionist name mario I think was really accomodating.

Worst experience ever, not recommended at all, I used to book only flights with trip then decided to proceed with hotel, horrible experience, requested refund and reported the case to tourism police..extremely disappointed

Very nicely firnished mid range hotel in an industrial area in Dubai, it's served mainly by one bus line F16 4 mins away, and Bus 7 which is 13 mins away, not the best in terms of location and accessibility as not close to any major metro or tram stations. Room is spacious and the amenities are complete, service and hospitality satisfactory and staff very attentive. The shower is excellent and has actually hot water (unlike many other midrange hotels that only really have lukewarm water with unstable temperature). Also they have a fridge that is actually functional - it keeps drinks COLD not just cool, which I really appreciate. There is a safe as well for locking away valuable items. Hotel overcharged me on my tourist tax and refunded me after the trip without me probing them (I was a little skeptical when paying this at check in as it was higher than what I'm used to for this type of on-arrival payment). They have a good buffet spread that alternates every other day, so it gets repetitive when you're staying for 3+ days more. Suggest to include a few more options. But I also saw that they do omlettes for guests from the kitchen on request. There is a supermarket that opens till 11:30pm just downstairs right beside the hotel, which is really good. Their housekeeping button system is a bit confusing. There was one day when I had the "Do Not Disturb" button on but still had someone enter my room to do housekeeping, and I found out it was because when you take your card put from the card holder beside the door the signal will reset itself and switch itself off. Slightly disarming but I didn't lose anything and housekeeping tidied my room so I wasn't too annoyed.

The hotel's location was also a major plus, with a mart, taxi and bus station, and a variety of restaurants all within walking distance. This made it incredibly convenient to explore the area and grab a bite to eat without having to travel far. I appreciated the ease of access to transportation options, making it simple to navigate the city and visit nearby attractions. Overall, my stay at this hotel was truly memorable and exceeded all my expectations. From the luxurious facilities to the exceptional service, every aspect of my experience was top-tier. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay with all the amenities one could ask for. It's a hidden gem that I can't wait to return to in the future.
