I dont know why the reception from this hotel look at us like really weird. From checkin to breakfast they keep ask a weird question to us. This place is really far from town. I dont know but i just dont like their services. The housekeeper even open our bag while they cleaning! Seriously i wont repeat this hotel

Very cool apartments with tasty breakfasts and friendly people

The restaurant on the ground floor nearby the reception, its name is “foodie” : the staff was eating food nonstop and everyone I come there someone from F&B team was chewing the food in their mouse and speaking to me. Additionally, there is no one at the restaurant when you come there to eat. Very low quality of service and standards. Some staff was weird , to be honest lots of trainings are required to F&B personal. One time I came for breakfast and there was no clean table at all, it was only 8:00am - many times I’ve heard restaurant workers complaining about their job and commenting things loudly - it’s not acceptable for hotel type of accommodation. Very disappointing. Room was specious and cleaning was fine. The recommendation: please wash window curtains at least once per week . It’s very dusty and dirty . Same with sofa in the living room, you can see many spots on it and I had no desire to seat there even. Bedroom was ok. Very loud music in the hallway on the floors - I could hear inside my room the outdoor sound. I won’t come back there . Please take it as a constructive suggestion for improvements. Thanks !

All and All the services found up to the mark and found satisfactory, Rooms are big and facilities are super good . Thx to the management.

Clean and Spacious 1Bedroom Apartment I Got. Washing Machine Was Really Good. Just Location Wasn't As Near to the Airport As I Thought It Would Be. Breakfast Was Ok

It’s literally beginning of Dubai it’s crowded but best service!

The service was very good, staffs was very helpful and polite especially the 2 filipino staffs, the only one hotels so far that i empressed, the cleanliness are there especially at the room,

The prices were good due to the location but now the prices don’t match the quality.

The location is great but the room was not available i had to wait for 30 mins to get a room when i have booked it 2 days back but rest all was fine the room is beautiful

Was initially booked for Studio but got complimentary upgrade. 5/5
