Despite repeated follow-ups on the second day, the issue remained unresolved until check-out. 2. Toilet Flush: The hall toilet flush was non-functional. 3. Wall Clock: The wall clock didn’t work, and no action was taken despite several requests. 4. TV Issue: One TV in the room was not working, and maintenance staff failed to fix it. Main TV was set in Russian language, which I can't understand. 5. Carpet Condition: The carpets were old and worn out. 6. Kitchen Utensils: The kitchen cutlery sets were outdated. 7.
