Hotel was east to get and close to Mashreq metro station. Soon as you walk in you can tell it’s a nice hotel. The check was quick, room was clean and large size. Hotel staff were very helpful and informative about breakfast and dining options. Breakfast was good value for money. Lots of options to choose from with live egg station to have what ever way you want your eggs cooked. Fried, boiled, poached, scrambled, omelette with different toppings. Only downside was there was an event on at the pool. So we couldn’t use it. They said we could enter the event but needed to pay 100 aed (£22). If not then need to go to other small pool. But was a good stay.

My 7th time here in this hotel but might stay other nearby hotels the next time. The hotel is actually not bad..however over the years, the hotel remains. Nothing changed actually nor improvised. The rooms are still as it is with no tooth brushes, tooth paste nor room slippers. I thought with the uprising cost of the hotel per night stay, there should at least be basic amenities available. The breakfast is really deteriorating with lessening and bland choices for us. The menu is more inclined to a certain cuisine instead of international. The staffs are still friendly and helpful though. I met the same concierge that i’ve met through all my stays. Still helpful as all the years . The security, the male security commented on my elderly mother whom was not well lying to rest at the hotel lobby sofa while waiting for the room. I was wondering if its too unsightly for my unwell mom to rest only to notice other tourists lying down on the sofas at the lobby as well in the following days with the male security not commenting them..i wonder if its a double standard treatment. That aside, kudos to the female security that helps us when our transport back to the hotel did not appear. She recommended us to book Careem and assisted another elderly couple as well. That being said, i do not feel valued as a repeat customer and i do expect this accor hotel to improve over the years.. Will give this a miss the next time as there’s other hotels at Deira as well. Extend my night and was satisfy, the feedback I brought up to them and they immediately send someone to bring me toothbrush and water without asking. One of the best hotel in Dubai and it’s new and well maintain. Location wise, no shops around but only a carrefour and metro about 5mins walk away, for business trip I would stay here again.
