Новый отель, новая локация. В минутах 10 от метро deira city center, здесь же и торговый центр. Номера с видом на город (пока на стройку, затем будут окно в окно), номера с видом на канал(прямой вид - стройку не видно, боковые - стройка и канал). Стройка как всегда ведётся нон стопом 24/7. Так как новый район - дождаться такси- сложно, но возможно. На 3 человека взяли однокомнатные апартаменты. В комнате большая 2х спальная кровать, в гостиной диван - он не раскладывается, на нем можно поспать, но это если вариант одной ночи, а так нужно брать доп кровать за доп деньги (большие 1-но комнатные апартаменты в принципе рассчитаны макс на 2х). В номерах: кофе-машина (капсулы приносят), чайник (завтра в наличии и кофе растворимый), варочная панель, тостер, духовка (микроволновки нет), большой холодильник. Воду приносят в бутылках. Так как отель новый, есть технические моменты (слив в ванной, запах в туалете, работа тач панели), скорее всего скоро поправят. Бассейн маленький, при этом зона вокруг достаточно большая с красивым видом на канал. Спорт зал комфортный, в туалетных комнатах: 2 сауны, полотенца, душевая, фены, косметика. На завтраке не были, если не включён в стоимость, завтрак - 125 дирхам на человека. Брали на обед: паста с томатным соусом -55 дирхам, бургер - 80 дирхам. Съедобно, обычно. Сейчас, именно возле отеля нет ничего(кафе, бары, рестораны)- это все в Дейра сити центр. До Дубай молла на такси 50-60 дирхам или до метро и по прямой ветке. Близко к терминалами 1-2-3, до Аль мактума 40-50 мин такси от 160 дирхам. Сервис по обслуживанию - с вас пылинки сдувают, ваши пожелания выполняют, но вот на стойке регистрации нужно подождать (занимает время). В общем и целом - хорошо.

I stayed at Rove whilst undergoing surgery and follow up treatment at the American Hospital Dubai (across the road). The location was perfect for that purpose, allowing me easy access to follow up appointments etc… There are a number of very good supermarkets and places to eat in the local area which, along with the in-house laundry was useful given my extended stay. The breakfast and dinner offerings at the hotel were high quality and reasonably priced. Without a doubt the standout feature of this hotel is its staff - they are friendly, welcoming and show a genuine care for their guests. I would have no hesitation highly recommending this hotel.

One of the best places visited in dubai.....the room service was brilliant n kudos to Mohd Obaid....abit slow at the reception but overall nice ambiance n will visit again for sure. Loved the recreational centre but a request is please put a shade near the pool n extend the timing from 5.30 to atleast 9pm.

The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station, offering spacious rooms to its guests. However, it appears that the housekeeping staff may not be doing an excellent job in maintaining cleanliness as the rooms were not very clean. During my stay, I encountered some plumbing issues as my bathroom was constantly leaking, causing inconvenience. Additionally, the hot water wasn't working initially, but the hotel staff managed to fix it the following day. The WiFi service provided was not up to the mark as it wasn't working correctly. If you're looking for better connectivity, you would have to pay extra for an improved connection.

I had a wonderful stay at Al Rigga. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the red metro line, making it easy to explore the city. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts were diverse and tasty, providing a great start to the day. The hotel also has a travel desk, which is really convenient for planning excursions. Additionally, it's close to convenience stores, restaurants, and a mall. Given the opportunity, I’d definitely return to the hotel.

Hotel ini agak lama, terdapat sekurang-kurangnya 2 kelab di tingkat pertama, bunyi bising sangat kuat pada waktu malam, dan ia akan berlangsung sehingga 4 pagi pada hujung minggu, kebanyakan tetamu adalah orang India, dan sarapan pagi juga adalah orang India. Trafik di sekitarnya adalah mudah, stesen kereta api bawah tanah terletak sejauh 3 minit, dan pusat membeli-belah yang besar serta pasar raya Carrefour berjarak 5 minit jauhnya

The room was big and they provided us with extra bed... the food was varied and yummy...the stuff was friendly and willing to help. The kids enjoyed the 1 complimentary hour at the kids club.. we will definitely come again

My room was new renovated, all was well, check-in fast. Little complain, the drain in the shower was clogged and the water flooded the bathroom. Apart from that, it was not my first and not my last stay.

The best hotel experience I could ever ask for! The staff, the food, the people and their smile and hospitality was 10/10. I want to give a shout out to Auldi and Prabin for taking care of us and the room spotless! They are the best and we will stay here because of them! Ty again for making my first Dubai experience the best!!! -Terry

Ia adalah pengalaman yang baik untuk tinggal di dalam kapal ini. Ia adalah kapal yang besar. Kami mendapat bilik yang sangat bagus, luas dan sejuk. Perkhidmatan yang baik dan cepat. Walau bagaimanapun, katil adalah sangat kecil untuk orang bersaiz baik. Keseluruhan kapal itu kelihatan seperti filem hollywood seram lama di mana segala-galanya ditinggalkan. Sukar untuk mencari arah, dan ia boleh menjadi menakutkan dengan sangat sedikit orang di sekeliling. Ia juga seperti kembali ke masa lalu menerokai tempat-tempat yang sepatutnya diduduki dengan banyak perniagaan dan orang. Saya harap mereka menghidupkannya semula kerana Dubai hampir sentiasa penuh dengan pelancong.
