Just concluded an extended stay while visiting a daughter studying abroad. I can’t say enough about the people and staff members at The Westbury. I’m particular, the waiters, waitresses and hostesses at breakfast greeted us so warmly every day, and make us feel so welcomed and we’ll looked after. Pamela, Rebecca and Nav were especially pleasant, friendly and helpful. You can’t beat the location if you want to be in the middle of everything Dublin has to offer, with Grafton Street out the front door, and cultural landmarks like Trinity, the National Gallery, St Stephen’s Green, O’Connell Street and Temple Bar just a short walk away. But overall it’s the people that make the Westbury special and I will look forward to visiting it again.

The Merrion is a Hallmark of service and sheer quality. We arrived to be greeted by a friendly concierge and the news that our room had been upgraded to a junior suite. Lunch in the Cellar bar was an absolute joy and friendly, well clued in staff made the experience more special. The room was fabulous, with every comfort you could imagine. The bed was so comfortable, as were the couches.I cannot speak too highly about the service at this wonderful hotel.

The hotel is located in a very convenient yet quiet place. Easy walk to all the tour sights. We did encounter some booking problems. On trip.com website we booked a room with 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed room but when we arrived at hotel, it only showed 1 queen bed room in their system, hotel agreed to add a twin bed for us however, it took 3 calls and few hours until the bed appeared. Breakfast is great and hotel common area is beautiful.

Stayed there when passing through Dublin one night. Hotel is really nice -location superb along the river Liffey -walking distance to most tourist spots. Staff on check in and out excellent -could not have ben friendlier, Hotel decor really cool. Room absolutely lovely -plus very quiet-decor superb, great tv channels, great lighting etc. Only issues were with Wifi ( hard to connect -then in the morning no wifi) -Aircon very noisy -its Ireland so not necessary anyhow-switched off and opened window. I did not eat in the Hotel as had travelled from Asia and on a different time zone food wise--but food menu looked superb and reasonably priced. I will stay there again

It is a fantastic hotel! Loved the swimming pool and ambience there! 10/10 for cleanliness. Their shampoo/ conditioners and soaps smell so good. I actually would have to buy some from the same brand. Also, the hotel bar offers great selection of cocktails and other beverages.

The staff was friendly and professional. With St Stephen’s Green out the front door and Iveagh Gardens out the back, it is a perfect location. All this for what is a reasonable price by Dublin standards. We did not have breakfast, so can’t comment on that. One note, however, the price you pay for breakfast in the morning is the same price you pay if you add breakfast when booking the lodging, so there is no advantage in by purchasing in advance. I docked one star for our room location. We were in room #1 which is downstairs under the front door/lobby, facing the Main Street, and below street level. The room is below ground with a window looking up to the sidewalk. At times it was a little noisy. Nowhere on the web site or at booking did it indicate this was a possibility. We booked direct, six months in advance, and reserved a mid-tier room. I wouldn’t have been surprised if we reserved a lower tiered room at the last minute or booked through a third party. Room location and the lack of transparency about it was disappointing.

Great location in the centre of Dublin, staffs were really friendly and helpful, always got an Irish sense of humor from people in Dublin. I was lucky to have an early check-in around noon time. Room was comfortable for a solo traveler, the only downside was no view from the window.

This hotel was perfect for a 2 night stay in Dublin. Very clean and quiet, but so close to the centre. Used the gym both mornings, which was used by several people and clean with towels, water, and a good choice of equipment. Good supply of toiletries, coffee and tea in the room, as well as several bottles water, which is always so welcome! Room small, but not tiny. Staff was fantastic- especially Sabrina who could not have done enough! She offered to organise any tours, and helped us with the Dublin express to the airport (much better than a taxi!). Would definitely stay again!

The Green Hotel exceeded all my expectations. It was centrally located, beautiful, clean, comfortable and the staff could not be more helpful or nice. This was my first trip to Dublin and Jessica at the front desk was wonderful in providing help and assistance. The room was spacious and everything was in proper working order. The breakfast was unbelievable and so delicious. The perfect meal to start the bay exploring Dublin by foot. I highly recommend this hotel.

Kakitangan sepatutnya berbilang bahasa tetapi apabila kami meminta bantuan untuk mendapatkan kunci, kami tidak bernasib baik dan mempunyai seseorang melalui telefon yang bergelut dengan bahasa Inggeris (di Ireland..). Tempatnya secara keseluruhan sangat bersih tetapi bantal hiasan nampaknya tidak dicuci. Tidak mengapa untuk penginapan sebentar, bukan untuk jangka masa panjang kerana tidak ada almari pakaian. Tidak ada tempat untuk menyimpan apa-apa atau sekurang-kurangnya meletakkan barang. Selain itu, dapur mempunyai peralatan perak dan cawan tetapi tiada apa-apa untuk membersihkannya. Untuk harga ini, saya mengharapkan sedikit perhatian kepada perincian.
