Mirko and Veronika were the most fantastic hosts you could hope for. We were immediately welcomed with drinks and snacks, and were given a locals perspective on the area. Mirko gave us a selection of maps and brochures of Dubrovnik with his own opinions and suggestions. It made us feel very welcome and shows that they are very good at what they do. The rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels and bedsheets, as well as beachtowels for the local strand a five minutes walk away! A small kitchenette is available in each room, and also a shared kitchen in a separate building outside. The area is nearby many restaurants and supermarkets to keep yourself stocked. The area is well connected to the Old Town with the bus stop a two minute walk away. Thanks so much for having us Mirko and Veronika. We will miss your cats very much. 😁

We had a wonderful stay at V&M. Veronika and Mariko were incredibly friendly, humorous, and helpful throughout our visit. Besides the complimentary welcome drinks in the fridge, they thoughtfully served us generous slices of watermelon and peach to help us cool down after our walk along the City Walls in the extreme summer heat. Although our apartment did not have a washing machine, they kindly arranged laundry service for us, which was greatly appreciated. Their beautiful garden is another highlight, featuring a variety of fruits and herbs. We enjoyed exploring it with Mariko, who gave us a delightful tour. The room is spacious and look much better than shown on online. The location is also very convenient. It is less than a 5-minute walk to the bus stop for Pile Gate and the Old Town, and less than a 10-minute walk to Lapad Beach. For those driving, the spacious free parking area is an added advantage. One small suggestion: if you are traveling with large suitcases, it is worth booking a room on a lower floor, as there is no elevator and you may need to carry your luggage up to the third floor. Other than that, everything was perfect. We highly recommend V&M and would gladly stay here again.

A huge thank you to the host! They were incredibly hospitable. The room was spacious and clean, and they even provided coffee, drinks, and beer. There was a washing machine for laundry. We also got to eat figs from the host's yard—they were so sweet! The house isn't far from the old town, and we explored the pedestrian streets. The host provided a map and information about the surrounding area. Highly recommended!

It was great that the bus stop for the Old Town was close by and Lapad Beach was also nearby. The owners were also kind and nice. If I have the chance again, I would like to stay at this accommodation again.

The apartment is conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easy to travel to the Old Town by bus. It's also just a 10-minute walk from the apartment to various restaurants and bars in the New Town, where prices are much lower than in the Old Town. We always prepare breakfast and enjoy it in the courtyard, where the sunshine, cats, and grapevines create a charming Southern European atmosphere. We especially loved the hosts; they were lovely and friendly, adding wonderful memories to our trip to Dubrovnik. We can't wait to visit again and look forward to staying at your apartment again.

The wifi in the room never worked, and the wifi in the public area is unknown. The landlord could not be found, and the landlord did not provide us with local information. If you choose to stay in a hotel, at least there will be someone at the front desk, and there will be no problem with wifi. Overall, it is not recommended unless you are someone who does not need the assistance of local people and do not need hotel wifi.

The room is very tidy and clean, the small yard is very beautiful, and the landlord is very nice! Very enthusiastic, he introduced us to the surrounding environment as soon as we arrived. On the day we left, we couldn't get a taxi in the morning, and we were almost late. In the end, the landlord took us there. The landlord is super nice! !

Grandpa and grandma are both very nice people. I would stay at their house if I have the chance.

It is located in a very cozy neighborhood, close to the beach and the bus stop. The accommodation is very clean and the host is very friendly. The welcome beer and cola were especially touching, although small. The old town is less than 10 minutes away by bus, so it was not difficult at all to get around. :)

It was a really great accommodation experience. The old gentleman was very, very nice and considerate. The location is also great. It's not as congested as the city, and it's very convenient to go to the city and the beach. It's a pity that I didn't have the chance to taste the barbecue at the grandfather's house. I look forward to going there next time and staying here again! Great!

The view was amazing and the owner was very kind. The apartment was well equipped and I would love to stay there again. The view from the terrace was especially nice.

Although you have to take a bus or taxi from the old town, the room was spacious and clean, and there were supermarkets and affordable restaurants nearby, which was great. The owner was very kind and it was a very nice place to stay.
