Great view, especially at breakfast with big windows on the lake. Great breakfast, both American and French cuisine (and a touch of English). We were very well welcomed, great service. Shoutout to the receptionist (unfortunately we didn't get his name), and all the staff for speaking good English and making communication a lot easier. Comfy bed, good pressure in the shower with big shower head, awsome mountain view. Location is easy to reach. I would've given 5 stars if the pastries were fresher, willing to pay more for breakfast if pastries are fresher. But all the rest is great. Will go back in the future.

Hôtel pratique avec les principales commodités : wifi, salle d’eau privée, parking sécurisé. La formule p’tit dej à volonté est appréciable. Il y a un large choix de propositions avec un buffet réapprovisionné régulièrement dans la matinée. Le directeur d’établissement est une personne agréable. Petit point correctif, l’hôte de ménage qui toque à la porte avec insistance pour nettoyer la chambre alors que nous sommes encore couché à 8h.

Nous avons payé 140€ une chambre triple avec 3 petits-déjeuners... J'aurais éventuellement mis une note de 3/5 si le prix n'avait pas dépassé les 70€ et uniquement parce que le personnel était sympathique. Mais pour 140€ les prestations sont simplement inadmissibles : moisissures dans la salle de bain, mobilier vieillissant et sale, abattant de toilettes cassé, absence de bouchon d'évier, impossible de prendre une douche sans inonder la salle de bain, un seul crochet pour accrocher une seule serviette dans une chambre pour trois personnes, pas de sèche-cheveux, pas de gel douche, de shampoing, ni de savon pour les mains, seulement un distributeur de savon dans la douche sans que l'on sache ce qu'il contient... Et le comble en cette période de grosse canicule : pas de climatisation, en compensation un ventilateur rempli de poussière que l'on n'a pas osé utiliser. Sans parler de l'insonorisation très médiocre, avec le bruit de claquements et de grincements des portes des chambres voisines. Concernant le petit déjeuner, pour le prix de 8,50€ par personne, n'espérez surtout pas avoir un croissant ou une quelconque viennoiserie de qualité... Au mieux quelques morceaux de baguette, un thé ou café, un yaourt et un jus d'orange industriel : une honte.

The hotel is very clean and with good maintenance, there is a small kitchen inside the room, it is close to downtown, there is a bus going every 15 minutes and takes like 10 min to get to downtown. In summer it gets hot and there is no AC but you can ask for a small fan in the reception, they offer buffet breakfast for 11 euros but i didn't take it. The only thing to improve is that the ladies in the reception don't know that much about what to visit in annecy and how to move in the town, i think they should be able to inform better the visitors.

Tidak ada sarapan, ada tempat letak kereta. Sekiranya bilik triple berada di bahagian atas bangunan, tidak mengapa. Pada mulanya, terlalu sesak untuk memberi ruang di tingkat dua. Saya terpaksa menempah bilik lain di bahagian atas bangunan. 11 tahap masih boleh diterima. Pada awalnya, saya bertanya di kedai bahawa tidak ada ruang. Nasib baik, Ctrip dapat membuat pesanan, jadi kedai harus menerimanya.

We stayed here for a little while to explore Annecy and enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very small for a family, but the staff were extremely friendly and spoke great English. The hotel is a very long walk to the beautiful town of Annecy, but we didn’t mind this so much, especially after eating the nice continental breakfast. It’s a shame the hotel did not serve an evening meal as finding somewhere close by was quite problematic. Tbh next time we visit Annecy we’ll likely find somewhere a bit closer to town.
