非常不錯，因為首次使用 用了權益免費升級房間，前台看我帶娃兒幫忙升級了套房，還幫忙拿行李，體驗感很好，還幫忙去火車站接站，非常感謝，去敦煌最好的就是咱們的服務了，雖然去景點排隊很長，但是居住的還是很舒服的，敦煌的旅行不錯，還送了防風紗巾和鞋套租賃，酒店太體貼了，而且還有平台晾衣物，自己洗了兩件衣服，沒有用咱們的洗衣機，晚上洗的晾在平台，早上就幹了，很贊

Hotel guests have free access to cherry tomatoes, yoghurts, coffee, minerals, sweets and Chinese tea at their convenience. The staff of the hotel are courteous and friendly. The staff are ready to provide information and guidance. Beside the hotel, there is a restaurant and Shazhou Night Market is 60 meters away. Convenience for shopping for local foods, souvenirs, and etc. Next to Shazhou Night Market is the Dunhuang Bazzar, where more 50 eatery stalls are available. Visitors are spolit for choices of food and it operates till midnight. Will stay at this hotel in our next visit to Dunhuang.

Strategically located to stage to places of interest: like Dunhuang spring crescent n also Mogao Grottoes. Within 20minutes. Very affordable and great value for money with all the helpful front staff to housekeeping. Just around the corner is the street food with lots of restaurants n the Shahzhou nite Market is just 15 minutes walk away. I highly recommend anyone wishing to come to Dunhuang seeking reasonable and quality accommodation to stay here.

Location is very ideal, along a pleasant Main Street, around 5 to 8 mins walk to night market, yet away from the rowdiness of tourists. Just opposite there are convenience shops, a western bakery (Angelia) and stretch of small restaurants in an alley which are of good quality. Front desk services are fantastic especially helpful for foreigners ( though they don’t speak English- try to use e-translator), regarding local attractions and getting a cab for you if encounter difficulties. They are genuinely helpful to try to overcome your difficulties. Special mention on Ya Jin who even asked her regular taxi driver to accompany us to buy the Mogao Grottoes tickets and arranged for a long distance taxi trip to Liuyuan South Railway station. Wang Na also offered her WeChat contact number if we have difficulties coming back at night. Really warm hospitality. Even the hotel driver who fetched us from the airport was nice(complimentary service). The housekeepers are too hardworking. Only complain I have is the breakfast which served exactly the same thing every morning and of limited choices. Thus Angelia bakery just opposite was really a good alternative.

酒店服務非常好、非常周到很熱情，水準很高！房間大，衞生乾淨，設施齊全，裝修的很有敦煌特色，停車場特別大，比其他酒店都方便的多，周邊環境很不錯，位置很好，去沙洲夜市和鳴沙山很方便，酒店大廳有自己做的旅遊攻略，很用心，前台經理的耐心講解，給我留下來極其深刻的印象，特別美好的一次旅遊！

This hotel accepts foreigners. Location is not far from Dunhuang night market. Reception is nice and welcoming although they did not speak english. Translation app will do just fine. 100rmb deposit at check-in and they will give you back at check-out if everything is fine. Room is small, quite old and basic. Smoking is allowed inside hotel floors so it felt really suffocationg. The faucet in the bathroom did not give hot water, only the shower did. The only thing I don’t like is the AC (also heater) emitted kind of a burning smell which made the room suffocated. I turned on for a while and turned off in order to sleep safely.

暑期帶娃兒前往河西走廊遊玩兒第四站也是最後一站選了這家酒店，連住三天，總體體驗還是不錯的。先説説好的方面，酒店地理位置很好，就在敦煌賓館隔壁，跟出租車師傅説敦煌賓館下車人人皆知。該酒店名稱加了臻品二字並非浪得虛名，儘管平台衹認定其為準三星，但硬件設施的確不錯。公共走道地毯鋪設十分平整乾淨，客房面積偏小，空間顯得侷促，但內部裝修相當精緻，細節設計也經得起推敲，對外窗户為雙層玻璃，密封性不錯，儘管緊挨馬路，噪音並不很大，客房之間隔斷隔音也挺好，基本不受隔壁幹擾，敦煌氣温很高，客房空調效果良好，噪音也不大。酒店配有自助洗衣機，客房內配有收費洗衣液，價格還算合理。自助洗衣間收拾的乾淨整潔，居然還配有一台電視機，可見酒店設施細節考慮的相當全面。酒店頂樓可晾曬衣物，敦煌極為乾燥，一個晚上便可全乾。但酒店也有不足，印象最深的是工作人員基本不主動與客人打招呼，顯得不熱情，問前台問題也給回答了，但連個笑容都沒有，不是個別人如此，而是幾乎打過交道的員工各個如此，這也許就是這家酒店的風格。但這種風格與敦煌這個遠在西北大漠深處的著名小城的風格並不相稱。衹需舉一個例子，鳴沙山月牙泉萬人星空演唱會結束出來已經深夜，遊客極多，大家有序排隊乘坐三塊錢一站送達沙洲夜市的臨時加班公交，維持次序的中年男子操着濃重的當地口語，滔滔不絕、熱情似火的介紹敦煌的歷史、文化和風土人情，對自己家鄉的自豪，對遠道而來的遊客的熱情溢於言表，有遊客高喊，你這麼賣力的宣傳敦煌，敦煌市政府欠你一個事業編，他哈哈大笑，説我衹是敦煌一個普通老百姓。當然，這衹是我個人在這家酒店的感受，也許別的遊客在這家酒店有不同的感受。在此特別説明，本人對敦煌旺季酒店超乎尋常的溢價早有所聞，因此三個多月前就預訂了，事實證明這樣做會為你的敦煌之行節省不少不必要的開支。

10點到，剛好也有房間退了收拾出來給提前辦了入住。服務很好，位置也方便，離敦煌書局很近，夜市走路10分鐘，打車也方便，6塊錢，打車去鳴沙山12塊錢15分鐘，酒店前面一家早餐店肉夾饃超好吃。走的時候想買瓶當地飲料，老闆是自己喝的好心送了一瓶，整體來説體驗感很好

位置極佳，市區主要飯店，商務區步行可達，設施陳舊，地毯很舊，房間舊了，停車位不多，同時可以容納8輛汽車，每天有大巴車和中巴車停在大廳門口過夜，此時停車位內原有汽車出入艱難，酒店工作人員不提供挪車服務，自己想辦法把車開出去，需要保持高度耐心駕駛，不提供安全保證，總體值得推薦，住了兩天，後來搬到稍遠其他較新的酒店了
