Everyone was so helpful and friendly and the location of where the hotel is is amazing you have a dinner place right around the corner, McDonalds, Starbucks. So close to the airport 15-20min form there. Thank you everyone for your help

El personal fue muy amable en todo momento, excelente lugar para descansar mientras trabajas, pues hay un área exclusiva ejecutiva en dónde hay silencio y te puedes concentrar para trabajar, el internet con excelente banda ancha. Los servicios funcionan correctamente. Es muy limpio todo.

No es queja es sugerencia, me toco quedarme por trabajo en el Hotel ONE Durango, la habitación estaba bien y el personal muy bien, pero en la mañana, cuando limpian las habitaciones, percibí olor a cloro, desafortunadamente me da alergia y me irrita mucho los ojos y la garganta,,, y la verdad solo en el piso que me quede había ese olor, en el lobby y desayunador había un aroma agradable. Deberían utilizar productos sin cloro, a consideración de personas que nos causa alergia.

We spent two nights at this hotel and would come back. It is not centrally located and you need a car to get downtown or get a taxi cab or take the bus, but it is easy to reach from the main freeways. The room, two queen beds, was very nice, clean and comfortable, everything worked fine. Bathroom was very good too. Breakfast is included but could have been better, our guess is that with the pandemic they cancelled the buffet and are now serving you your choice of things - it is probably also a good way to have less food go to waste.
