Ulasan University Inn Duke

Accidentally double-booked the room. Was told by reception that it could be cancelled. But after trying numerous times the hotel refused to accept the cancellation. The hotel is depressing. Its only merit is that it's close to the Duke campus. The rooms smell, and sound isolation is poor. You can hear your neighbors.

Good location.  Fair room for the inexpensive cost.  Room was clean and air conditioning great but very basic.

This is a perfect location if you are an outpatient at Duke medical center. A free shuttle service is also available. Very clean facility and friendly staff.

Great location- the Duke west campus is within 10 min walking distance. Super clean rooms and super nice staff !

The qualities of a lodging you may be most interested to learn include comfort, noise, water pressure, proximity to sites, parking, and cleanliness. The comfort of the rooms and beds are similar to a 5 star hotel. You may hear speaking in rooms adjacent to the one you stay in as well as noise from the TV, but if you are not disturbed by background noise, then it would not be an issue. The water pressure is fierce, but not overwhelming, which means showering is relaxing. The hotel is on the Duke University campus and within walkin distance to the hospital, academic buildings, atheltic sites, and theaters. Parking is included with the hotel room and it is located on the same level as the lobby of the hotel. If you prefer to park your car in a deck, then you can for a fee at the deck across the street from the hotel. And the staff is courteous and the rooms are immaculate. For the money, you will not find a better situation.

Nice rooms, super clean. Watch out for the pillars in the parking garage.

Friendly service, reasonable price, safe and convenient.

Although the hotel is small, it is clean and comfortable. It does not provide breakfast or bottled water. You can drink tap water or buy water downstairs. Simple food and drinks are sold next to the front desk. Parking is free. Remember to ask for your parking voucher at the front desk and put it on the car console. Otherwise, it may be towed away. The hotel and its surroundings are very safe and suitable for a simple trip.

Booking it for my family and sending my children to Duke for college, I chose Duke’s hotel.

It feels very peaceful to come here, the hotel is clean and tidy, very comfortable. The service is also good, the furniture is American-style and minimalist, and the room layout is very homey, like it!

房間很乾凈，人也很nice，衹是酒店旁邊啥也沒有，酒店大堂有小食品賣。該酒店位於Duke medical center，去Duke主校區大約得走二十分鐘，不過酒店在週一到週五有shuttle。帶孩子來訪校，如果也要去北卡教堂山，建議住那邊，要繁華很多，那邊小店和餐廳要多一些～
