As a short-stay hotel, everything is within my expectations. I made a mistake with the room booking, but the hotel would not allow me to move the dates forward by a day. I ended up making a second booking to fit my arrival date. As a result, I paid an extra day, which I did not stay, which is extremely costly. Trip.com did its best to help, which I was most grateful for. The hotel management definitely has something they have to worry about.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, beim Frühstück hat man eine gute Auswahl an frischen regionalen hochwertigen Lebensmittel. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und ebenfalls sehr sauber. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Auto sehr trocken und sicher in der Tiefgarage des Hotels. Aufzüge sind vorhanden. Die Lage des Hotels ist super U-Bahn und S-Bahn und das Stadtzentrum/Altstadt sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Had a great 3 nights stay on 25 Hours Dusseldorf . On the positive: Great service, from the welcoming all the way all the staff we came across. i normally don't book breakfast when traveling for leisure as I like to explore local foods, so have no opinion on the breakfast but the little coffee stand inside the hotel has what could arguably could be the best coffee in Dusseldorf. Yes, rooms are not huge but comfortable enough, nice mini fridge with consumables for free and most important: Was very clean.

這是本次歐洲行，最貴的一個酒店，本來抱着很好的期待，最後是無盡的失望。 因為是歐洲盃去看球，這個酒店屬於凱悦集團，我非常信任凱悦，就定了套房。遇到了幾個問題，給大家避雷: 1這個酒店是法院改造的，非常特殊，所以進門的時候，行李全靠門廊小夥和自己提上去，我的行李很多很重，我認為這很不合理，也很費勁。 2我預訂是雙床行政套房，既沒有給雙床，酒店也沒有設定行政樓層。最後告訴我滿房了，不能調整。我提出給我加個床，來解決問題。 3打掃衞生不靠譜。卧室一個床，它還不乾淨，床頭枕頭下一個死蒼蠅，噁心壞了。我立刻告訴前台來換，也沒給補償。還是攜程靠譜，給我補償了幾百塊錢，表達心意。我覺得一個酒店衞生這麼差，也很難做的好。 4早餐食物發黴。早餐品種多，但都難吃。水果還發黴！這個真的醉了，噁心極了。品控一塌糊塗。 5早餐服務差。服務人員態度惡劣，愛答不理。這是其他酒店一點沒遇到的，這個酒店特別明顯。 6比賽當天不給用餐廳。7.6那天比賽日，我們去看球前，出發之前想去pitti 吃頓飯。結果告訴我，不給使用餐廳，原因不明！ 這個酒店如果一個晚上2000，我覺得也就算了，也就這點水準。拜託，這是6000多9一個晚上的酒店，這個服務水平也太差了吧！ 特別是死蒼蠅、發黴水果，噁心到家了！請大家抵制這個酒店，不要去！

We found hotel Astra suites our budget. The hotel is 4 km from the city center. The location is accross the park, is very quiet place. Free parking, is an option for people with car. I don't think public transport stop nearby, but this was ideal for us which we prefer in a quiet place A guy in the office who help us during check in is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel lobby is very cozy small and peaceful. The room is nice, good for two only. When entering the room the closet is just behind the door attached by a luggage rack. We have two single bed, carpet floor. The bathroom is somewhat small but very neat and clean. Breakfast buffet included in room price, choices from warm and cold. The area is very airy and modern, staffs are quickly to serve you coffe/tea and anything you need, very friendly and great service. There is a small bar next to reception office where you can order some beverage. We have free wireless internet inside the room. We always travel with three devices which we never have problem using all at once. But the hotel only allowed to give two password for wifi, so we say it's okay no problem. Suddenly the guy said, here I'll give you three password for wifi instead of two ( which was a bonus). For 67€ per night with great service and a welcoming staff it gives a satisfaction to costumer that's all we need

I stayed over with my sister’s family. My nephew rated the hotel a 10 out of 10, as he enjoyed the stay and making the fresh pancakes at breakfast and getting the hot choco from the machine.

We booked months in advance on *********** before our stay on 20.8.23. We stayed for 1 night in a Family Room - a double bed with a bunk bed in one room with a shower room. The hotel despite being called “airport” is actually a 5-10 minute drive away by taxi (we paid €21 to get from Düsseldorf airport to the hotel by taxi). We had a nightmare at check-in. Our flight was delayed so we didn’t get to the hotel until after 11pm when the check-in desk closed. None of the reference numbers *********** had provided us with worked, so we thought we were going to be homeless! Luckily there was 2 emergency telephone numbers on the wall, we rang the first - it went to answerphone - luckily the second was answered but with my rusty German, I had to speak a mixture of German & English to explain what had happened. Luckily she found our reservation and give us the access code for the building & for the room (there is no room physical key) - such a relief! The room had air con (a welcome relief as it was 30’c when we visited), free Wifi, comfy beds & a lovely shower. Breakfast was €10.50 each - we booked in the morning due to the aforementioned check-in issues. Great selection of continental breakfast items. Check out was 12noon. The nearest tram stop “ISS Dom” is a 2 minute walk away which on the S1 line takes you to the Düsseldorf Hbf in 25 minutes, then you can change to catch a connection to Düsseldorf Airport, Cologne etc. We would definitely stay at a B&B Hotel again when visiting Germany again.

I arrived late after missing a flight out of Dusseldorf. The friendly female on shift (from Brazil) was absolutely excellent in dealing with me. The beer was good, the food was nice enough and the bar staff were friendly. Will definitely be back to this location should I ever be at Dusseldorf Airport.

Good morning, I stayed at this hotel in 2 rooms for 3 days at the beginning of May 2024. They charged me 30 euros for late check out for both rooms, but they charged me 15 euros more for one Late check out for a room and we were moved from one of the rooms. also the kitchen equipment did not work in one of the rooms, fortunately we had two rooms and we had to cook in one room for everyone. beyond all these inconveniences, when I returned to Paris and looked at the bill again, and mentioned to them that the kitchen equipment was not working, and that it would be appropriate to carry out a commercial gesture for this also in addition to the reimbursement of the 30 euros invoiced for no reason. They keep arguing and showing bad faith, to the point that they still haven't refund at least the 30 euros for almost 4 weeks now. Bonjour, J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel dans 2 chambres pendant 3 jours au début du mois de mai 2024. Ils m'ont facturé 30 euros pour un départ tardif pour les deux chambres, mais ils m'ont fait payer 15 euros de plus pour un départ tardif pour une chambre et nous ont fait partir d'une des chambres. de plus l'équipement de cuisine ne fonctionnait pas dans une des salles, heureusement nous avions deux chambres et nous avons du cuisiner dans une seule chambre pour tout le monde. au delà de tous ces inconvénients , quand je suis revenu à paris et que j'ai regardé à nouveau la facture, et que je leur ai mentionné que l'équipement de cuisine ne fonctionnait pas, et qu'il serait opportun d'effectuer un geste commercial pour cela aussi en plus du remboursement des 30 euros facturés sans raison . ils n'arrêtent pas d'argument et de faire preuve de mauvaise foi, au point qu'ils n'ont toujours pas remboursé les 30 euros à minima depuis presque 4 semaines maintenant.

Très movaise expérience ! À l'arrivée on nous demande un supplément de 15 euro par chambre (5 chambres) ! On nous explique où ce trouve les petit dj. On été 9 personnes mai on allait pas tous prendre un petit dj les matin. Arrivé au petit dj on nous demande le numéro de chambre ce qui est normal. Mai d'office ils nous facture 2 petit dj. Donc à la fin on nous vole 5 petit dj (5 x 23 euro ! ) et on nous explique qu'il fallait annuler à l'avance ceux qui prenez pas ! Après ma chambre n'a pas été nettoier une seule fois sur 4 jour ! Le sauna en panne 1 jour sur les 4, et la cabine infrarouge fonctionnait pas du tout. Et le personnelle en vue des petit dj très désagréable. Une chaîne d'hôtel qu'on fréquentera plus jamais !
