I booked a non-smoking room but received one that smelled strongly of smoke and had a very yellowed bed. I saw silverfish, and the other guests were awake until 2:00 AM, making a lot of noise. Due to the room's location (11), I could clearly hear every footstep entering the building. I would not book this room again.

I strongly advise against going to this place; it's terrible.

The hotel was close to places to visit. It was also easy to reach from the airport. The gentleman who greeted me at the reception was friendly. The order and cleanliness of the rooms were very good. I left my 4-day holiday very satisfied. I would choose it again if I had to.

I checked in for the second time and chose a more expensive room with a balcony. The result was even worse than a room without a balcony. On the first day of my stay, I ran out of hot water halfway through washing. The lights in the room were dim. The noise didn't stop until three o'clock at night. There were bugs in the windows. A lot, and the safety factor is questionable

The place is close to the city center and the room is clean, but there is a school nearby and you cannot sleep late.

Everything was good so far. Only the guest service, had our key in the room, was weak. They didn't want to send us the key, despite us covering the costs. Our hotel doesn't say that, we have to pick him up. But I won't drive over 300km to get it again. After long discussions and afterwards tel. this was then done. After we sent a letter with return letter and postage, the key arrived back at our home 7 days after departure. Thanks again for that, but please reconsider guest service in the event of such rare problems.
