Ulasan a&o Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof

It was LOUD from the bar until about 5am, room was so hot no option but to keep windows open which didn't help with the noise. This may just be because of the football so won't judge, otherwise nice hotel.

Excelent service before, during and after our stay, we could leave our luggage before checking in and after checking out, and the workers were really nice.

Not bad but the bed is a bit thin

We chose this hotel as it had the cheapest price for 1 night stay before our flight. But actually we were pleasantly surprised. The reception area was very interesting with some vending machines. It had billiards, tables for studying and nice play area for kids. The room was very clean and neat. The beds are quite comfy. The shower was small but convenient. Overall, it was a great hotel.

Good location in the center of düsseldorf and value for price

Very unhelpful staff and totally not flexible at all. Left a lasting and very poor impression on me. I will certainly not pay this venue another visit and if I were to recommend any place, this one would not be on my list. I had to go daily to ask for towels, none were left in the room. The rooms were cleaned, but only bedding was taken off the beds, nothing else. The rooms were so noisy I could not sleep for two whole nights. When I asked for a refund for the third night because I couldn't bear it one more night, I was scoffed off by the staff, left to feel like a nuisance and not refunded. Totally absolutely poor hotel. Do yourself a favour and do not go there.

The Receptionist was so helpful. Room was clean. Just Weekends can be little bit loud in and out of building. Really satisfied according to price.

The soap and shampoo have not been filled

距離火車站走路15分鐘 還比較好找 酒店前台的bar很贊 住的兩晚都喝了一杯 晚上歐冠8進4很熱鬧 房間中規中矩 可能因為展會的關係 價格有點虛高 不過 能訂到已經是萬幸。 早餐還是比較不錯的 退房簡單 城市税12歐元/房間
