Good service in all fields.. Food is amazing .. will refer to others . Hospitality is superb . Nice place to stay . Approach is also very good.. specially Dal makhni is awesome must try.. even every meal i try is fresh and tasteful…………………………………

The pillows were adequate, services were up to the standards, staff members were very friendly and courteous, food was very testy and different menus everyday , breakfast and dinner were served satisfactorily, room service was excellent,

I have found VITS a very pleasant and wonderful place in Mumbai to stay. Staff is also very friendly. I recommend VITS for the person who looks a good amenity under budget. I have found Eliyas and Priyanka both are very supportive staff

We asked for a room with twin beds. Walked in and saw there was one big bed. Once I called, they did send someone to address the matter. We had asked for early check-in and they did their best to get us a room by 11AM which we appreciated. We tried to use the safe in the room and it didn’t work and started to alarm. We had to call someone to help stop the alarm and reset the safe. The AC wasn’t working and when we called for help someone came up and explained that we have to press a small button near the bed to activate it, something that could have been explained to us when we were first brought into the room. One would never intuitively know this unless someone told us. I tried to use the kettle to boil water and the kettle was leaking because the spout was not fused anymore and I poured boiling hot water all over the place. Only when we called did they come and replace the kettle. I pressed the flush in the toilet and it wouldn’t stop flushing. I had to forcefully pull the flush button to make it stop. The TV has a very limited number of working channels, isn’t a smart TV despite it being 2025 and a higher price ranged hotel. The Wifi simply didn’t work in our room and when I asked the reception they told me that because it’s a corner room the Wifi is weak. It wasn’t weak, it literally didn’t even show up as an option to log on to. This is not a difficult thing to have in place in this day and age. This was something the reception could have informed us at check-in so that we might have had an option to ask for a better positioned room with a stronger Wifi signal. If you need good internet, don’t come to this hotel. There are a lot of things that could have been better. I’m not one to normally complain but it just seems like there were one too many things to not make this list of observations. On a positive everyone I encountered was nice. The food in the restaurant downstairs was good. The fitness room was ok, didn’t have weights but had a good selection of cardio. The views from the rooftop were nice.
