I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The hotel was just as described and lived up to my expectations. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions and restaurants within walking distance. What really made my stay stand out was the staff - they were super friendly, helpful and always responded quickly to any inquiries I had. Additionally, the hotel's app made everything incredibly easy, from asking questions to checking out. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Very much enjoyed our stay at this quirky but fun and charming hotel. The little red fridge was a really fun touch. The hotel was a bit confusing to negotiate but the staff was very helpful getting us to the right place. The location was great. We were able to walk to areas of interest.

Beautiful hotel probably in the best location in Edinburgh. Very close to all of the key sites and nice restaurants and bars. The rooms are very spacious and elegantly decorated. Hotel would also be a very good option for long stay since the room has kitchen and washing machine included. Hotel’s building used to be a former office of Royal Bank of Scotland. Hotel staff have been very helpful and friendly.

在愛寶留學的一年，周圍同學朋友津津樂道的便便屋沒想到是W酒店。 新開業第二天入住，前台行李服務人員很熱情，絲滑記寄存。但是辦理入住程序緩慢，需要進行各種認證，整體流程等待接近半小時，很多辦理入住的住客選擇寄存行李，去一旁st james商圈逛逛。 房間大部分一次性用品是不提供的，由於自身攜帶，也沒諮詢前台是否能夠提供。一次性拖鞋好評，比較暖和舒適。mini bar提供的酒水都是付費的，辦理入住會要求提供100鎊按金。 早餐方面，分10樓和11樓，我們選擇的是10樓的英式早餐，是半自助形式，也是這次入住體驗唯一的亮點。由於新開業，很多設施和觀景台都暫未開放，希望下次來能有更多的體驗。

I had a fantastic time at ”The Scholar” hotel and couldn't be more pleased with the overall experience. Firstly, the service was exceptional. The staff was incredibly welcoming and always ready to assist, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The facilities at the hotel were impressive as well. The rooms were spacious, elegantly decorated, and provided top-notch comfort. The clean and well-equipped bathroom, along with modern amenities, added to the overall appeal. had a fantastic stay here! there were 10 of us who all booked out a dorm. was quiet, clean and good quality. there are two bathrooms and two toilets per dorm which i thought was very good. our room wasn’t ready for an extra half an hour so they gave us free drink tokens for the bar! the reason this doesn’t get 5 stars is because it was awfully hot in the room - even with the window open! there didn’t seem to be air con - we wondered even if the hostel had put the heating on? we didn’t try the breakfast. the hotel bar had decent food but long waits.

Though it was costly to stay here, the location was excellent. Less than 5 min to Waverly station and Royal Mile. I arrived in Edinburgh at night alone but this hotel was close to the station and there's not much to be afraid of. However the wall was thin and I could hear the girls in the next room talking....

I went in February 2021, and just now writing a review because I'm going back to Edinburgh and stumbled upon this place again. I only used the hostel as a place to sleep at night as we were doing a lot of exploring. I was in the biggest mixed gender room. Beds were fine, one bathroom with multiple showers for all of us. Even in Feburary, the room got stuffy and hot at night, waking me up. Additionally, there were two people having a snoring war which was unpleasant at 3 AM to say the least (I realize this is the danger of booking a large room but just sharing my experience). Also be aware of people getting up and leaving early with loud alarms due to this being a travelers hostel. Decent place and good enough amenities. Good - location - beds comfy enough - outlets by beds - nice front desk Bad - hot and stuffy at night (in February) - would love for more toilets and showers for the amount of people - snorers (not something the hostel can change) - not a social environment - people come back late / leave early with no concern for people sleeping

This was our second stay at the Radisson Blu Royal Mile hotel, and it was equally as good as the first. All the staff we dealt with were excellent. We made use of the car park, pool, room service and breakfast. All were brilliant. The Chris**as gifts for our wee one on arrival was a nice touch and greatly appreciated. Thanks again, hopefully see you again soon.

地理位置絕佳，出了火車站就是。房子絕美，房間也很好。搶到特價，給了兩人早餐，我覺得非常值了！酒店還送小瓶威士忌，不喝酒的人嚐嚐蠻好的。我還帶走了呢！ 有個小插曲，就是酒店沒有洗衣機。酒店説，他們很專業，不提供洗衣機。估計在他們的文化裏，洗衣就是指乾洗。 超美，下次希望還有特價😀

The gold location of edinburgh, close to wavley train station. There is one more point to mention, the room is a little small. Since it is refurnished and open for a long time,.the decoration is a little old. If you like a new hotel, i recommend voco edinburgh. However, if you prefer a hotel with great location, hilton will be your choice.

First time for everything! Excellent location I’m centre and nice vibe to place! Needed a place to freshen up and sleep for few hours, hostels not my thing but surprised how many ( international baby boomers / young professionals staying. Key code access - when it works very good way of keeping Edinburghs undesirables out! And they’ve plenty.. Pod beds okay, game of chance if you have inconsiderate guests or early departures in dorm rooms! Tricky to get dressed in privacy 😳 Best thing! Really really clean and plenty of shower cubicles. Well done staff who keep it clean! Didn’t like to pay for a towel - just really mean 😪 Staff helpful but not really interested guests needs! They typify hospitality problem 🤷🏼♂️ Would I stay again, yep, but not romantically for me ! My youngest students son was impressed!
