I booked a double room and was told that the room was very compacted. But it was beyond our expectation. Clean and saving. Very central. Just 5 min walk from Haymarket station

Had the pleasure of staying at the Hub Premier Inn in Edinburgh and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and accommodation that I received during my stay. As a first-time visitor to your hotel, I was not quite sure what to expect, but I have to say that my experience exceeded my expectations. I had decided to take a trip with my son to Edinburgh to show him the sights and give him a little taste of Scottish culture. I was not familiar with your hotel before booking my stay, but after a little research, I decided to give it a chance. I have to say that I was not disappointed. The Hub Premier Inn was situated in a great location for exploring the city on foot. It was close enough to the castle to make for a convenient visit, yet far enough away to be quiet and peaceful at night. We were able to explore the city via Princess Street or take back streets to the Castle entrance and the Edinburgh museum. Overall, I would highly recommend your hotel to others who are looking for a great place to stay in Edinburgh. The quality of service, accommodation, and location exceeded my expectations. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and I hope to have the chance to visit Hub Premier Inn again in the future.

City Centre. Rooms are compact. But of excellent quality. Ensuite shower spacious and modern. Raised bed very comfortable and large tv. I'm not sure for two people, but for me, solo it was perfect. Continental styled breakfast. Parking was the main problem here. Edinburgh Council is the issue here. A whole street of potential spaces, and they provide TWO. Maximum of 4 hours at £29 then no extension. So you drive around for 30 mins to find another space (no doubt polluting the air and adding to the already congested City). So much for the "Green Eco-Friendly Law makers. I'd much rather stay out of town and drive in to collect my tourist guests.

Comfy bed and clean room. With big elevator. View was nice. Tv fantastic. Shower was excellent. Polite when checking in but not very informative or helpful. I had a shock when I was checked out of the hotel at 11 20 am when I went down to fill hot water in my sleeping attire. I was told management had checked me out and I was asked if I still needed to go to my room. But of course. No apology and no explanation. Very inappropriate and caused me to wait 10 mins while the staff went to report the error and I think the management was laughing at my predicament which they caused. Manager should be disciplined.

Having never stayed in a 'hub' before I was pleasantly surprised! We went because we were seeing Taylor Swift and arrived to a very warm welcome from the staff who were very helpful in providing us with an early checkin, which made things much less stressful for us getting ready! The room was much bigger than I expected and so clean! Had a great stay, couldn't fault it.

Decent stay. The rooms were as expected apart from the bed. I booked a king but it was two beds pushed together into one bed. We still got decent sleep so it’s not a huge dealbreaker but it does mean you need to use it as two singles. Everything was clean so was satisfied overall… until breakfast. Very little options other than porridge, pastries and toast. Also no kettle/drink making facility in room, it’s downstairs which makes it a bit inconvenient.

Stayed here when went to see Taylor Swift at Murrayfield. The hotel is in a good location. Staff friendly and helpful. Room is small with no tea or coffee facilities but these are available in the reception area. The bed is in a corner so not easy to get in and out for both people. I would stay again though.

Stayed over on the 9th of June for the eras tour and was the best it could have been. Amazing place to stay and perfect location. Staff were friendly and welcoming

Friendly staff, close to city centre and transport. We booked the hub for Taylor Swift eras tour and the space for double room was adequate, just as expected for a ‘hub’. We kindly ask for a spare charger as my sister brought the wrong iPhone charger and staff were very helpful! Thank you hub Haymarket!

Stayed for 6 nights in a bigger room while attending a conference at EICC which was a 5 min walk away. It was sufficient for my needs but some quirks for people to note. The room is very small, like a cruise ship cabin. It does have a king size bed and everything is controlled at the head board. There’s no housekeeping unless requested. There’s no phone to call down for a towel refresh. You need to go downstairs to request it. There is 24 hour free tea/coffee/water on the ground floor. The coffee is from an espresso machine so you can make your morning cappuccino, latte, flat white, expresso or regular coffee (it was good coffee, better than the conference centre). There’s no room to work in the bigger room but they provided high tables/seats with plugs and mag safe charger on the ground floor if you needed to work. There’s no gym, no spa etc. The ground floor serves a continental breakfast for 6 pounds which I didn’t take advantage of. There’s a bar and light dinner that you can grab a light lunch/dinner but selection is very limited. Some restaurants nearby that I didn’t try because the conference provided all 3 meals. Overall, a satisfactory stay and staff was kind and helpful.
