my room wasn't made when I arrived. The sheets, duvet were scattered on the floor and the desk had used coffee mugs. I was moved to a new room but they did not refill the shower gel (it was completely empty) in that room. You can hear pipes really loudly when other rooms used the water.

Great location and facilities, and especially the cheap breakfast when included in the same booking.

The hotel is located close to all amenities. However, the rooms are small and room services are only provided upon notifying the reception

Our stay at the Hub was delightful! We arrived Christmas morning and were offered a very early check in and breakfast which was extremely appreciated. The place is in a great location, we were able to walk everywhere and it was very clean. Small space but it was all we needed for a few nights. Would happily stay again. Thank you!!

The location was really convenient for enjoying sightseeing and the access from the airport to the hotel was quite good through the tram. The wifi there was really fast and you can even enjoy various drinks for free at the reception area: I will definitely use this hotel when I come back to Edinburgh next time.

I booked a double room and was told that the room was very compacted. But it was beyond our expectation. Clean and saving. Very central. Just 5 min walk from Haymarket station

Had the pleasure of staying at the Hub Premier Inn in Edinburgh and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and accommodation that I received during my stay. As a first-time visitor to your hotel, I was not quite sure what to expect, but I have to say that my experience exceeded my expectations. I had decided to take a trip with my son to Edinburgh to show him the sights and give him a little taste of Scottish culture. I was not familiar with your hotel before booking my stay, but after a little research, I decided to give it a chance. I have to say that I was not disappointed. The Hub Premier Inn was situated in a great location for exploring the city on foot. It was close enough to the castle to make for a convenient visit, yet far enough away to be quiet and peaceful at night. We were able to explore the city via Princess Street or take back streets to the Castle entrance and the Edinburgh museum. Overall, I would highly recommend your hotel to others who are looking for a great place to stay in Edinburgh. The quality of service, accommodation, and location exceeded my expectations. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and I hope to have the chance to visit Hub Premier Inn again in the future.

The hotel is mostly self-service check-in, and the front desk staff are very welcoming. At just over £400 per person during Christmas, it's really great value for money in the UK.

It's quite convenient, not far from the city center. The room isn't big, but it's enough for one person. Security is also very good; you need a card to enter the building and elevator. Edinburgh is quite beautiful.

Edinburgh is not crowded and the hotel is relatively small. It is generally acceptable for a short trip for two people. The location is good and it is convenient to take the bus and tram. The breakfast is good value for money.

The room was small but had a window, and the cleanliness was average. There was enough space for two people. There was no kettle in the room, but there was a self-service tea and coffee bar in the lobby downstairs. We brought our own instant noodles and sandwiches, which was convenient. The hotel has luggage storage, and importantly, it's very close to Haymarket train station (a five-minute walk), with easy access to buses, light rail, and trains. The price was reasonable during Christmas.
