Ulasan Cauayan Island Resort and Spa

My husband and I celebrated our second year anniversary at Cauayan. We considered other resorts but we have definitely made the right choice. The island is just breathtaking! We were greeted with a warm welcome by the hotel staff and were escorted to our beautiful villa. My husband arranged a private tour of El Nido islands, where we ended up visiting about 7 spots with our guide even acting as our photographer (he took fantastic photos and videos too). In terms of food, the buffet breakfast offered a wide array of food selection. For lunch / dinner, we enjoyed all that we ordered (though some are really very spicy, so take note). The bar staff can concoct amazing drinks as per your mood & whim. I particularly enjoyed the spa and wished I booked a much longer massage. Our stay at the island became so much more meaningful when we witnessed hawksbill sea turtles being released to the ocean….As amazing as all these are, the best part of our stay in Cauayan is the friendly and customer focused staff. They prioritize the customers’ needs, always have a smile on their faces and have just made our stay in El Nido a memorable one. Thank you Cauayan and we will surely return for another amazing experience at your island!

Paradise! A private island only for the resort. We were in a slightly small lagoon room, there was no place to put our luggage, I recommend taking the room on the sea or sea view. All inclusive the food was excellent!!! Kind staff and the massage is dreamy. The place looks like heaven

I have picked resort for its location and for experience to stay at the beach hut. And it was truly amazing time chilling on your veranda’s comfy chair surrounded by palm trees and the sound of crashing waves. As for the overall experience, the resort is definitely not a 5* star resort. Amenities are pretty basic, over-washed beach towels, cheap cutlery, unexciting breakfast, the core infrastructure a bit rundown down, food is average and overpriced. Staff is friendly and ready to attend to every need of yours, but are the some time not there when you need them. Had stayed at lagoon hut #14 and had a constant traffic of passing stuff or guests. So not so much privacy as you would think. Caution. Only lagoon huts facing the beach (first row) get to use the beach sun loungers. The rest of the guests need ti use swimming pool lounges.

Perfect in every case … Salil and the F&B-Team were amazing. The bungalow was very nice. Sometimes you have the feeling in the Lagoon villas, that people see you. Staff at reception could be more open. No options for late check-out. Sometimes it was completely full at the pool, that there was no space for a sunbath. … I had to rest on my veranda. Overall a little too expensive, but worth a stay.

太喜歡了，還能再來！ 房間環境設施服務都非常好，我們房型門口也有專享的遮陽亭可以好好躺着。 提供的活動也很豐富，paddle board，kayak，snorkel（雖然沒什麼東西看），日落/日出徒步，還有其他潛水和tours啥的，啥都不幹躺着也可以躺一天。運氣好還有小鯊魚和小海龜可以看。 而且他們的吃的是真的不錯，是我們到菲律賓吃的最好吃的酒店餐。

秘島的なロケーションで、静けさとホテルのクオリティは抜群です。 お客さんの9割以上は欧米人で、アジア系はかなり浮きます。 それなりに英語のListeningとSpeakingができないと 、スタッフとのコミュニケーションが厳しいです。 ディナーはお値段高めです。 朝食バイキングは種類も豊富で大満足でした！ また来年来ます！

環境非常美，房間也很大，各種設施很人性化，比如房間門口就有沖洗的水龍頭，可以把腳上的沙子沖乾淨再進屋。服務尤其好，每一個遇到的服務員都會和你熱情打招呼。吃飯時隨時關注需求，提供服務。唯一欠佳的就是餐廳的食物都偏鹹。晚餐點了三個菜都很鹹，早餐凡是鹹味的食物也都很鹹！

めっちゃ良かったか、彼女のバースデーで利用しました。 値段に見合ったサービスです。 しかしメールで彼女の名前を伝えていたにもかかわらず、名前を予約の名前と一緒にされたので、サービスを4にしました。 それ以外は素晴らしいホテルでスタッフもとても親切で気持ちの良いホテルです。

We stayed at Cauayan Island Resort for 5 nights and enjoyed every moment. This is truly a special place, the resort is stunning, the staff are extremely helpful, my massage at the spa was wonderful, especially watching the baby sharks swimming underneath and we had a fantastic island hopping tour with amazing tour guides. Would 100% recommend. Thank you for having us!

The art of laid back luxury indeed! One of the most efficient services I've ever had. Kudos to the Cauayan team! From picking up to the airport straight our villas they made it so smooth. Didnt even have to wait at the lobby. A very romantic place to go as well. Good job to Alwin who made it easy for my fiance to sort the dinner proposal. All the crews are friendly and very helpful. Worth every penny 😍🏝 Plus their wifi is good too, no need to go to the reception if you want something, just one msg in whatsapp and they are ready to serve. Good villas too. Here’s our five star to each and everyone I cannot express how breathtaking is this place. Sulil and his entire staff ( Dalica, Elwin, Arwin Nick, Jc and Michelangelo to name a few) are simply wonderful. We had the pleasure to meet the owner who is very down to earth to whom it goes my modest advice to spice up the evening life with some entertainment So unfortunate we had to leave earlier for family reason back home and they were ever so empathic. From booking to final day, the experience has been amazing here. Lala was our booking rep and she helped so much along the way. They always stay in contact with you through the whole process and when you arrive, it is breathtaking. Hotel stay was more than comfortable. Excursions were very fun and personalized. And we were sad to leave on our last day.
