Nous avons passeport un séjour idyllique sur une île incroyablement belle. Le resort s’est révélé conforme a nos attentes. La villa est d’une propreté remarquable et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Tous les equipements nevessaire sont disponible et fonctionnel. La piscine privative est très agréable. En conclusion le personnel est d’un professionnalisme digne d’un 5 étoiles en france. Je remercie le Bahala Na Villas d’avoir contribué a rendre notre voyage magnifique.

We left on a bad note and so our review will start on a bad note! All this place cares about is soaking you for every cent your worth without regard to your happiness. Billing meals and drinks uses a system devised in the 17th century utilizing carbon paper, a pen, and pad. No computers. How could things go wrong? On our final day we received a call from the front desk confirming our early morning transport to the airport which we had already arranged and confirmed twice. We were quoted $44 for private transport to the airport at 5 am which was already way too much for the 15-minute 4.3-mile journey. Our flight left at 7 am so I was a little confused why the resort wanted to leave so early. To add to the confusion, we were quoted $26 for a private airport transfer earlier that week. So, during the phone call we confirmed the price which now was quoted at $61! I balked at this and was requoted at $53 than again at $61. I now proceeded to the front desk to find out what is going on and talked to the manager. She showed me the pricing and indeed, if you had private transport to the airport before 5 am the cost was $61. At 5 am and after, the price was $53. However, my transport was at 5 am so it should be $53. She did not agree. So I arranged for 5:15 am and she reluctantly charged us our original quote of $44. Ok, all is well now. However, I believe that the resort wanted us to leave early for the airport in order to charge us more money. We ate dinner and we had two bottles of water. We settled our tab at 8 pm due to our early departure the next day. During the settlement, I pointed out that the restaurant had not billed us for the two bottles of water, however the desk person said that they were included and pointed them out on the tab. Great all is well! At 10:30 pm while sleeping our phone rings and the same desk person says “I know your sleeping but could you come down and pay for two bottles of water which were not billed?” ***! I said no (I was so mad I actually cursed on the phone) and said I would pay the driver in the morning. Again, I was so mad I could not get back to sleep! I cannot believe a resort would wake someone for $5 which I tried to pay earlier, particularly after spending over $2,800 on our stay. Just let it go! But the money was more important than the guest’s happiness. Our room and balcony were noisy from the main highway below and was really hot and unusable in the afternoon because the sad little AC could not keep up with the direct sunlight from the balcony even with the curtains closed. No shade at the pool. The resort is super steep so if you have any mobility issues, don’t stay here. Can’t walk to town because of how steep the road is. Housekeeping locked us out twice and confiscated our key. We had to ask for coffee in our room every morning. The hardest bed ever (ouch). Some positives: the view from our balcony was amazing, the infinity pool and view from restaurant was also amazing. The room decor was impress

一人旅には勿体無いです。 最初にデポジットを支払いその中から必要経費が支払われるので、滞在中支払いはなく、また、大体ホテルのプランに含まれるアクティビティでほぼ満足できるので、予約の手間もありません。本当に世俗を忘れることができます。 送迎は三日前まで、アクティビティは、前日までの予約になりますから注意。 ホテル前のビーチの海洋植物、動物を大事に保護、育てているらしく、再生の兆しがみえるし、現在でも、あの狭い入江に、様々な動植物がいて桟橋からも見えるし、シュノーケルでも、ダイビングでもとても楽しいです。 空調は、フィリピンにいることを忘れそうなくらい、気持ちいいです。バスルームお湯もでます。 なにより、スタッフがとても一生懸命で、どんな社員教育してるのか聞いてみたいです。 アクティビティもとても面白いです。 食事は毎日変わります。フィリピンにしては、美味しいのだと思います。(全般において、食事はタイベトナムなどの方がよい。素材はあるのにどうして?)オムレツなんかは、フライパン取り返して自分で作りたかった。デザートもレシピあげたら作ってくれるかしら？)g 一つだけ、排水システムが甘いのかシャワー室にアンモニア臭上がってきます。これは、フィリピン全体的によくあることで、配管システムとか建築時技術とかの根本的問題でしょう。

Our stay was terrific. The Buko team was incredibly accommodating, both ahead of our arrival and once we were here. The service was top-notch. Estephania and the reception team helped us arrange transportation, tours, and a special dinner to celebrate one of our party’s birthday. When we arrived, we found they had also decorated our room especially for his birthday and every member of the staff had signed a birthday card. The restaurant and bar was also excellent. The food was good and the menu diverse. We tried many breakfast, lunch, and dinner options and they were all delicious. The restaurant team, Roseann, PJ, and Rollen, were always very attentive. We stayed in the Sea View Cottages and found them to be cozy, intimate, and clean. The air conditioning worked great and the bedding was comfortable. The cottages were outfitted with every possible means of mosquito repellent, and the outdoor bathrooms were modern, clean, and tranquil. The pool was clean and cool, which we found to be rare considering the hot temperature (we visited in May and the pools at other hotels/resorts we stayed at were very warm). We loved how small the resort was and the gardens were well kept. Despite being close to the road, we didn’t hear much traffic. Overall an amazing stay, and if we ever come back to El Nido we would stay here again.

The resort is in a great location with a small but quiet beach and a nice house reef outside. Beware that some units require walking up a lot of steps and the ones set away from the beach have a lot of mosquitoes around. The staff are super friendly and nice although the service of the hotel could be more attentive i.e when lying on the beach you don’t get asked if you want drinks. Room cleaning was only done once in our 7 day stay and only because we asked for it. Towels are not automatically offered to beach goers all the time. The restaurant is pretty slow with almost an hour for food to arrive sometimes. The food itself can be nice depending on what you order. Some is pretty good actually…others a bit average. Pricewise, this isn’t a cheap hotel and I feel that if you compare the price to resorts in other tropical beach locations around the world, you get much better service in other places like Sheratons, Marriotts and Hiltons etc. that said, overall I would still recommend Matinloc for the great beach and reef.

This place was amazing. The staff was attentive and accommodating. We traveled with our kids and they offered child care upon request allowing my husband and I to enjoy some kid free excursions. We also took our kids on 2 of the excursions which was fun for everyone! The food was top notch and the menu was diverse and included everything from kid friendly items such as hamburgers and Mac and cheese to traditional Philippine dishes such as sinigang, and of course some of the best fish I have ever tasted. We absolutely loved out beach front villa, they provide you with every detail, fresh fruit, bottle waters, sandals, hats, bug repellent, coffee, nuts, cookies, all included. And they keep the rooms spotless. It felt very secluded being on a private island but still had lots of activities to keep us and our kids busy. Definitely will be coming back.

Fantastic hotel! Lovely, clean pool and beach area. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The shuttle from the airport was very easy and the staff were friendly.

Nice hotel. Clean and a good location from El Nido beach. Some good bars and restaurants nearby. It is a little noisy at night, but ok. The breakfast is ok. Nothing special. We thought the omelette had no taste. But a decent stay. Vanilla Beach is lovely and 10 mins drive away. Tour A boat trip is incredible.Ps, a huge issue in El Nido is ATMs. They always run out or do not accept cards. Please be prepared. A few places accept credit cards, so save your money if you are running out.

It was our family’s first time to spend a couple of days in Nacpan and we’re really glad we stayed at Nacpan Beach Villas. A huge thanks to GM Art, Rodel and the whole management team for pampering us with impeccable service and hospitality. We would like to commend Marv, the Front Office Associate, who assisted us and who made sure that we had a comfortable stay. Special mention to Debbie and Leah at the Sunmai restaurant and the whole F&B team for taking good care of our food and drinks. Finally, to Rannle and Daniela, who arranged everything from our transportation and accommodation and for giving us the opportunity to explore the beautiful Nacpan Beach Glampimg experience.
