"The Funny Lion El Nido is probably one of the best stays in El Nido, especially for couples. The room was nice and clean, and they gave us a small honeymoon surprise when we checked into our room. The breakfast was great and the staff were all very polite and accommodating. They helped us book our island hopping tours and always helped with a smile."

"I have picked resort for its location and for experience to stay at the beach hut. And it was truly amazing time chilling on your veranda’s comfy chair surrounded by palm trees and the sound of crashing waves. As for the overall experience, the resort is definitely not a 5* star resort. Amenities are pretty basic, over-washed beach towels, cheap cutlery, unexciting breakfast, the core infrastructure a bit rundown down, food is average and overpriced. Staff is friendly and ready to attend to every need of yours, but are the some time not there when you need them. Had stayed at lagoon hut #14 and had a constant traffic of passing stuff or guests. So not so much privacy as you would think. Caution. Only lagoon huts facing the beach (first row) get to use the beach sun loungers. The rest of the guests need ti use swimming pool lounges."

"There were two adults and two kids in our group, and we were hauling two huge suitcases, a big backpack, and a stroller. The hotel offers a free airport shuttle, and being able to coordinate that with them right after booking gave us peace of mind. The moment we pulled up to the hotel, the staff ran out to help carry our bags upstairs before we even had to ask. Seeing that kind of efficiency and initiative in a beach destination is a huge plus. They have water dispensers on every floor, which is so convenient and eco-friendly for when the kids suddenly get thirsty. They also provide free coffee packets in the room, which is a total lifesaver for getting me through the first ten minutes every morning. The pier and restaurants are just a few steps away, so we saved so much time not having to drag the kids around on transport. The kids are already begging to go back to El Nido."

"Lovely stay in El Nido 🌴❤️ We had a very pleasant stay at this wonderful hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially when it came to organizing island tours and answering our questions — everything was smooth and well arranged. The location is excellent: close to local markets, clubs, and restaurants, yet very quiet at night, so nothing disturbs your sleep. The hotel is comfortable, well maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent and a great start to the day. Overall, a truly enjoyable stay and a great place to choose in El Nido 😇💞"

"This place is truly a little corner of paradise. It’s almost impossible to put into words how much we enjoyed our stay and how special this place is. The owners — an Englishman and a Filipina — are the perfect mix of warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail. They genuinely go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable and are happy to accommodate almost any request, always in such a natural and unobtrusive way. The rooms are comfortable, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The air conditioning is quiet, the mattresses and pillows are incredibly comfortable, and everything you might need is provided — right down to shower gel and a toothbrush. The hotel is still relatively new and everything is in excellent condition. There are free SUP boards for guests, and you can also rent a scooter from the hotel if you feel like exploring El Nido for the day. And then there’s the food… that deserves a review of its own! Everything we tried was absolutely delicious, and the cocktails were fantastic. You can order fresh seafood, or even buy it yourself and have the team prepare it for you. My husband loves grilling, so we arranged to get some meat and had our own little BBQ evening. One of the staff members was genuinely excited to help and learn how it’s done — such a small moment, but incredibly warm and touching. My husband also wanted to go fishing, and the local fishermen were happy to take him along. Unfortunately, we simply didn’t have enough time during our stay, but knowing that such experiences were so easily arranged made the place feel even more special. That’s the beauty of a small boutique hotel like this. Unlike huge resorts, they can actually respond to the individual wishes of their guests and make you feel personally cared for. At the same time, there is absolutely no pressure to socialize. Everything is beautifully balanced: if you want to chat, there’s always someone happy to talk to; if you want privacy, you’ll have complete peace and seclusion. It truly feels like your own little paradise. If we ever return to El Nido, we will absolutely stay here again. Thank you to the wonderful owners and the whole team for such a memorable stay. "Remote-controlled curtains. A minibar stocked with snacks and instant noodles. Two sinks, which is the kind of detail that makes sharing a room with someone so much easier. These were our favourite things. The hotel offers a free shuttle to town, about fifteen minutes. They also handle island hopping bookings. We arranged a private speedboat for the day, and it was excellent. The guide was knowledgeable and good fun, steered us away from the crowded spots, and took a lot of good photos of us. Booking directly through the hotel is the right call."

"We had an amazing stay at Lihim Resort and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The accommodation was excellent – very comfortable, clean, and beautifully maintained. The food at the restaurant was outstanding every time, fresh and delicious, and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. A special mention goes to Nicky, who was always incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming, making us feel truly at home. The butlers were also amazing – professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Overall, Lihim Resort exceeded our expectations, and we were extremely satisfied with both the service and the atmosphere. "Saya menginap di Z Garden Hotel antara 28 November dan 1 Disember. Penginapan saya sungguh menakjubkan. Saya tiba dengan penerbangan awal pagi, dan walaupun daftar masuk adalah dari jam 3 petang, Remy meyakinkan saya bahawa mereka akan melakukan yang terbaik untuk menampung saya dalam masa yang singkat. Saya meninggalkan bagasi saya di kaunter penerimaan tetamu dan pergi untuk bersarapan. Apabila saya kembali, bilik saya telah disediakan dan saya kagum dengan layanan kakitangan kerana Remy menyedari semasa daftar masuk bahawa hari lahir saya beberapa hari sebelumnya dan kakitangan menyediakan bilik saya dengan belon dan hiasan yang membuatkan saya tidak dapat berkata-kata. "We had a great stay at Moringa. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The location was great, it was easy to catch a ride to all the tour sites. The hotel is well maintained and clean, and all meals were delicious."

"We stayed at S Resort for three nights, and the overall service made us feel completely at home. The front desk team is highly professional, they check you in super fast and even give proactive itinerary tips based on the daily weather. The mini-fridge in the room is constantly restocked with free drinks. Once you pull back the room curtains, you get a beautiful view of the limestone cliffs, and with the bed being so comfy, there is almost nothing to complain about."
