Dolarog, a true pet-friendly resort! The resort in itself is superb! It’s like a hidden gem of El Nido and the greatest thing about it is it’s truly a pet-friendly haven! What I like about it is that it’s still in the main island but gives off that exclusive feels. We stayed for 8 days in total at the beachfront villa called Lagen which is a few meters from the beach overlooking their jetti way and that awe-inspiring giant limestone directly in front of our villa. Getting to the resort is other via speedboat or their private access road from Vanilla Beach using a golf car. You know that you’ll have an excellent stay when the owner, Mr. Edu picks you up(or sometimes the son) from Vanilla beach for a more personal touch. How hospitable right? He also has a selection of Italian wines from his cellar as he is Italian, I had Chianti btw over dinner with the beach, stars and the moon as our backdrop. Truly magical! The rooms are always kept clean by the staff who are also very friendly. The main Receptionist, Tata is attentive and very pleasant not to mention very informative. I would take her as my head of staff if only I could! She knows her products and knows when to recommend it, the type of staff who is not in your face all the time to promote an offer. I must say she is one of the nicest resort staff I ever come across with. Food is relatively good. Home cooked and unpretentious. As with any advice when you go to a limited supply area such as El Nido, don’t get your expectations too high on having a western dish so much because obviously, you will have some issues so I only ordered I know locally sourced here like seafood or their filipino dishes like the menudo and chicken curry which are my faves! Filipino breakfast is good. You might wanna carry spare powerbanks as the resort rely on their own generator for electric supply. From 6am-9am and 12noon-6pm there is no electric power. Also, TV is not available (not sure abt other rooms though) but who needs a TV anyway? It’s not like you chose to go to El Nido and sit all day on Netflix and stay indoors duh! I rented a motorbike for 500/day basis and this really helped me in exploring or going out of the resort but the resort offers complimentary shuttle via their golf car to Vanilla beach for free but I wanted to leave and come back on my own time. This is also a 20 minutes walk to Maremegmeg beach by beachside access. Tricycle ride cost between 150 going to town from Vanilla beach btw. Overall our experience is a great 4.5/5 with .5 leaving for improvement on the land access before the Dolarog gate. Also, I’m pretty confident even without any advertisement or active social media promotion, the resort will do just good but let me tell when I posted 1 picture of Dolarog on my socmed, people flocked my DM to ask if I was in another country. L’hôtel fait partie de l’éco hôtel ils ont la même réception. Ne pas s’attendre a un gros confort et la propreté mais parcontre rien à redire sur l’emplacement, il est en bord de plage c’est très agréable de se réveiller et de pouvoir aller se baigner en y allant à pied. La situation est très bien, calme et belle plage, j’ai préféré à El nido centre qui est très bruyant. Je travaille à Manila, je reviendrais sur un week-end car il fait l’affaire pour le prix et franchement on ne reste pas dans sa chambre avec un cadre pareil 😉. Je peux vous recommander l’agence elnidon dean travel and tours qui se trouve sur le parking des scooters, Danica m’a organisé une excursion privée pour le tour D pour l’anniversaire de ma mère 👌

I had the best time in this hostel. From the comfortable bed to the daily activities. Also the boat trips were really cool and made the interaction easy for solo travelers. Really recommend and hope to come back soon. Many thanks to all Outpost’s crew!

Hotel scadente,camera senza acqua per 16 ore(tutte le camere del piano erano nelle stesse condizioni)siamo un gruppo di viaggio organizzato e siamo dovuti andare nelle camere del piano inferiore di altri partecipanti che però quasi non conoscevamo per doccia e tutti gli altri bisogni fisiologici.puzza di fogna in bagno e di feci nella camera,asciugamani vecchi,ingialliti dal sole e macchiati anche appena consegnati,aspiratore in bagno rotto e mai aggiustato,condizionatore in camera rumoroso. Fatto presente alla reception e chiesto un rimborso parziale mi è stato negato Ho richiesto un cambio di stanza la seconda mattina prima di partire per un tour e mi è stato detto che era possibile solo se fatto istantaneamente così che quella camera L avrebbero data ad altri ospiti in arrivo 😂😂. Ho chiesto di farlo nel pomeriggio perché avrei perso il tour già prenotato ma mi è stato negato ,l alternativa era quella di fare prendere i miei effetti personali e spostarli dal personale ma ho rifiutato perché non volevo che indumenti e cose di valore venissero toccate da estranei anche per una questione di sicurezza nel caso poi fosse mancato qualcosa dalla valigia. Mi è stato consegnato uno spray igienizzante e deodorante da poter usare utilizzare Niente prese di corrente vicino al letto,vespe e insetti sul balcone e niente zanzariera,bassa pressione della doccia quando funzionante. Buffet della colazione scarso e scadente,di dolce solo puncake non caldi. Unica nota positiva la gentilezza del personale che aveva la cos da di ospiti che si lamentavano per vari motivi,loro purtroppo dovevano ascoltare le lamentele senza però poter fare molto per aiutare. Erano anni che non soggiornavo in un hotel messo così male. Standard europei direi da 1 massimo 2 stelle,ho soggiornato in hostel decisamente migliori a cifre più basse. Altamente sconsigliato

Very peaceful and serene atmosphere, this resort offers pristine beaches and lush tropical surroundings that truly feel like paradise. 一人旅には勿体無いです。 最初にデポジットを支払いその中から必要経費が支払われるので、滞在中支払いはなく、また、大体ホテルのプランに含まれるアクティビティでほぼ満足できるので、予約の手間もありません。本当に世俗を忘れることができます。 送迎は三日前まで、アクティビティは、前日までの予約になりますから注意。 ホテル前のビーチの海洋植物、動物を大事に保護、育てているらしく、再生の兆しがみえるし、現在でも、あの狭い入江に、様々な動植物がいて桟橋からも見えるし、シュノーケルでも、ダイビングでもとても楽しいです。 空調は、フィリピンにいることを忘れそうなくらい、気持ちいいです。バスルームお湯もでます。 なにより、スタッフがとても一生懸命で、どんな社員教育してるのか聞いてみたいです。 アクティビティもとても面白いです。 食事は毎日変わります。フィリピンにしては、美味しいのだと思います。(全般において、食事はタイベトナムなどの方がよい。素材はあるのにどうして?)オムレツなんかは、フライパン取り返して自分で作りたかった。デザートもレシピあげたら作ってくれるかしら？)g 一つだけ、排水システムが甘いのかシャワー室にアンモニア臭上がってきます。これは、フィリピン全体的によくあることで、配管システムとか建築時技術とかの根本的問題でしょう。
