I got a handicap room since I am in a Wheelchair. It met my needs very well. My 2 other guest with me complained about the stiff bed but for me is better. Staff is nice. Walmart across the street. Leos Mexican restaurant on one side and cracker barrel on the other. Mesa st. Has lots of places to choose from. We also went to the movies that was next to us. Elevator inside the 3 story building for handicap and all.

Windows may as well be open for all the noise from the freeway. It's so loud! Shower faucet waters the floor around the tub making for low pressure showers and a mess to clean up afterward. DO NOT leave your clothes on the floor!

The sink and shower were both a mess , had drain issues, shower flooded the floor, no exhaust vent!

Overall the property is dilapidated. The room we were checked into did not appear like it had been cleaned before our arrival. The sheets were stained and there was hair all over the bed frame. Would not recommend anyone staying longer than a night to book a room here.

Old carpets in room. Shower was old and you feel it was about to give out. Old and dirty toilet. Just not that nice white finish or easy flush sable kind. Hand soaps and shampoos need to be update and better quality. Better mounts in the tv. Ice machine was old and not working. Broke, loose security hinge and bolts.

Lobby restroom inop, the desk guy told me the door had been locked for a week? WTH? Why have they not replaced the door knob. I just arrived from an all day road trip and needed to use the restroom.. emergency mode

Okay if you are in a bind or need a cheap place but not someplace to vacation.

There was a pair of pants left behind by the previous occupant and there was a pair of dirty socks left in between the sheets. We are only received 2 small towels.

Front desk person rude, hotel smells because of the dirty carpet, the noise from the interstate was very loud and we didnt get any sleep also our room did not have a smoke alarm. The mattress was horrible, we could feel the springs and the outlets and usb ports did not work in our room. A homeless person was having coffee in the lobby as we checked out, not very safe environment

It’s just about 45 minutes for me to check in as the person running the front desk was all alone, and there was a line of people trying to check in. The coffee machine in the lobby was not working when it finally did work the coffee tasted like dirty water.

The front desk was EXCEPTIONAL. Very professional and efficient. The room was underwhelming. The freeway noise was awful, bed was uncomfortable, and there was an odor.

Location is great Beds are extremely uncomfortable myself and my husband woke up with aching backs. It was like sleeping on a box spring

Great location and friendly staff. Room smelled clean but don't look under the bed. No housekeeping ever came or brought fresh towels on a 2 night stay. (But they did apologize after checkout). Upper floor rooms are more secure as they are accessed thru lobby elevator. 1st floor rooms face the parking lot.

When we exited the elevator on the second floor there was a musty smell the main hall carpet was filthy. The room was clean however where fire alarm fixtures should have been was open drywall with wires exposed.
