Ulasan Village Hotel London Watford

Location to my office is excellent, Staff are friendly and the facilities are great, especially if you like a swim and sauna.

a regular spot for me. Very clean, friendly and a great location.

Loved it! Great service, great space and well kept facilities.

Staff were very pleasant but there were a No towels in the room and when we asked for some at reception they took 20 minutes to arrive. Worse was that I booked a twin room and they gave us a double bed. Unfortunately my mate is *** so it was bit awkward 🤦🏻

This review was based on a visit that I should of stayed in last week. Received a call today to say boiler has broken down so no hot water but we will give you 10% off the bar bill. Don't really cut it so i booked another hotel. Room transfered to another week. But based on previous stays thats my feed back. Not really the hotels thought boiler packs up.
