Hotel berhampiran Exiuhu International Holiday Resort, Emeishan

Very clean and great service. Restaurant did not serve western food and had to travel to a different hotel for meals. Manager did notice and offered to serve sandwiches, great little add-on. Hot springs are only open 11am-11pm. As a holiday resort I would have liked it being open all the time, getting into the hot spring to see the sunrise… especially since the hotel doesn’t offer any amenities besides the hot springs. The personal hot tub on the balcony looks nice but is not a very useful feature as the water is actually lukewarm and gets cold fast. Overall I am very happy with this clean, fancy hotel. And a big thank you to all the staff who went the extra mile to make our stay pleasant.

和老公出來旅遊，看了峨眉很多酒店，最終選了這裏，房間非常寬敞明亮，智能窗簾、電視，馬桶，浴室是個大亮點，池子很大，坐在裏面泡很舒服，酒店有免費接送峨眉站和峨眉山站，每個服務人員都很熱情，早餐還算可以，麪條很好吃，9樓的晚餐味道也很好，還能看到金頂，餐廳服務員特意拿瞭望遠鏡給我們，酒店位置也不錯，離兩個高鐵站都不遠，在房間陽台就能看到峨眉山站的大字，滴滴到峨眉市區11塊，到報國寺遊客中心6塊多一點，樓下有兩個大泳池，如果不是爬山太累，去遊個泳也是不錯的，另外酒店的床和枕頭都特別舒服，被我和老公評為此行最舒適的床品

酒店房間真的超出我的預期，因為臨時定的，到的比較晚，一共定了五間房，前台好心的把我們安排到了一層，房間很大，帶露台，非常乾淨，床品舒服，因為是花園型酒店，空氣清新，睡的特別舒服。衞生間乾濕分離，有馬桶墊，還貼心的配了一袋洗衣液，總體非常好。

酒店的環境非常好，在景區附近。房間乾淨整潔，布草浴巾都是新的，注重細節。自助早餐也非常豐盛，性價比很高。 最值得表揚的是服務，很專業，熱情。尤其是酒店前台003，很耐心的講解峨眉山的線路，又熱情的聯繫包車師傅去樂山大佛景區，省了不少事兒。 總之，非常的體驗。

烏蘭度真的滿滿都是驚喜。環境優美服務周到。住在這裏孩子和家人都不想出去玩了，簡直太舒適了，有美麗的天鵝相伴，還有親子樂園和各種活動。可惜去的時候下雨了沒能泡温泉和游泳。 房間特別好，又大又舒適又乾淨，小朋友的洗漱用具一應俱全。 特別我們的管家小嚴服務周到，任何時間都回復非常及時，在我們還沒到之前為我們發送了活動安排便於我們時間安排，到酒店後感覺幾乎24小時在線，提供了豐富的美食、遊玩、酒店服務路線的各種建議和訊息，幫助我們有效出行緩解了在外的焦慮。總之特別棒！ 總之下次有時間還想來多住幾天，再感受一下這裏美好的環境。

Great playground for little ones, and good pool. I’d have liked the room to be a littler better ventilated, but could not otherwise fault the cleanliness. Nice hotel. Chinese restaurant was very good.

Everything was fine, except the fact that the nongjiale restaurant next to our window had a party at night. Otherwise, comfortable space, ambiance, breakfast (they had coffee!!) and hot tubs? Not sure if it’s a hot spring or hot tub but we didn’t get to use it because we were too tired to leave the room. Looks nice though and they have many private tubs so you don’t need to share.

每次來峨眉小朋友都喜歡住某泉灣耍水，這次來峨眉辦事換這個酒店沒想到各方面都很nice，首先辦理入住的時候美女萬莉接待了我們，幫忙推行李，送到房間，本來房間是含兩早和兩個人湯池的，萬美女申請給小孩送了早餐和耍水的，晚上又送了三盒牛奶🥛這點非常感謝！有小童戲水池，温泉泡池和室內游泳池，還有漂流我們沒去耍，很不錯，早餐也很豐富，唯一一個問題就是房間內的吹風機手柄有點問題，可以更換一下了，下次訂房找萬美女，推薦

Positive: Very well located, just a 10-minute walk from Mount Emei. Cozy and spacious room. Clean sheets and towels. Very, very comfortable bed. Pleasant staff. To get there, take bus 5 or 7 for ¥2 from outside the Emeishan train station. If you prefer, a tuk-tuk can also take you for ¥10. Taxi drivers increase the price significantly, so agree on a fair price before getting in the car. Negative: The WiFi didn't work. Although the area is good if you want to go to Mount Emei, it is quite far from the city of Emeishan; it's actually in a village called Bagou. The area is very beautiful, but the aggressive sales tactics of the people working in the restaurants and street stalls are unpleasant. They don't let you walk, shout at you, and chase you, even if you politely tell them you're not interested in their restaurant. You are constantly approached to buy tours, making it impossible to stroll peacefully. Although we understand there is no ill intention, the hotel owners constantly ask where we are going, what we are going to do the next day, and if we want food. We felt like we were staying at the house of friendly but somewhat controlling relatives, which is not what we expect from a hotel.

We stayed at Emeishan Gand Hotel on two separate occasions. We were impressed by the attentive service made by our hostess Miss Geng and she had made all the effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We appreciated all the effort the staff at Emeishan Grand Hotel had made and the idyllic location of this hotel made it the perfect base to explore the majestic Emei Mountain and is surroundings.
