Ulasan Emei Shan Grand Hotel

Kami menyukai Emeishan Grand Hotel. Ia berada di lokasi yang sangat mudah untuk restoran dan Kuil Baogou. Berjalan kaki ke stesen bas untuk perjalanan ke gunung. Kolam air panas sangat menyeronokkan. Saya fikir pihak pengurusan harus membina tanda yang mengatakan tidak meludah atau membersihkan hidung di tepi kolam renang. Semasa covid semua orang berhati-hati untuk memakai topeng dan kolam memerlukan kami memakai topi mandi. Tetapi lelaki (tetamu) berenang dan meludah dan membersihkan hidung mereka di tepi kolam renang. Kami mengeluh tetapi kakitangan tidak pernah bercakap dengan lelaki itu. Tanda diperlukan. Jika tidak, kami menikmati penginapan kami.

We had a great time ! They gave great service Especially Xu Yan Peng ! She was so nice and adorable and helpful! We love her and will go back to the hotel just to meet her again They have a great indoor pool and amazing hot spring area! Wow

Great hotel with great manager, especially Huang Juan! She welcomed us in the receptionist and guided us to our room directly. She also gave us tips, tricks, and useful information during our stay in Emei. Superb!

We had to change rooms due to the bad smell from the bathroom, all in all it’s an okay hotel.

Well located near Banguo Temple and the bus station. Have resort facilities like pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Breakfast have ample varieties. Overall, a good hotel for a short stay if you are visiting Emeishan.

The location of this hotel is perfect as it’s just around the corner to 第一山亭 and less than 15 mins walking distance to 报国寺 and 客运中心 for the buses to go up to mountain 万年寺 & 雷洞庭 & 金顶 places。 The hotel provides pick up and drop off service from/to 高铁, which makes it very convenient for us as we are carrying big luggages. The hotel staffs provide very good services. They are all friendly and helpful. My customer manager —XuYanpeng（徐艳鹏) is very caring and attentive. She checks on us to make sure we have what we need. Her service oriented professionalism is excellent, and makes our staying very enjoyable. Will definitely stay in this hotel if we are coming back to Emeishan.

We stayed at Emeishan Gand Hotel on two separate occasions. We were impressed by the attentive service made by our hostess Miss Geng and she had made all the effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We appreciated all the effort the staff at Emeishan Grand Hotel had made and the idyllic location of this hotel made it the perfect base to explore the majestic Emei Mountain and is surroundings.

The hotel has provide excellent service during my stay. From the free pick-up to the check-out of my stay, I have well taken care by them. The hotel has assigned a person in-charge (小谭) for my stay, he really did a good job. He has answered all my question patiently and helped me to arrange for a drop off to the train station.

I think for the price and location this is a nice spot. I could walk to the stores and hiking path to the mountain. The hotel has several buildings, my room was in one of the side buildings. Very noisy, I could hear my neighbors talk and toilet use. Also the room smelled a bit old, funky which I had to get used to. I liked the big breakfast, lots of variety! Used the hot springs which was nice too. Only one member of staff seemed to speak English, but everyone was helpful. They kindly dropped me of at the train station.

房間乾淨明亮，比較寬敞，酒店的環境優雅，有黃角蘭，香香的。酒店的自助早餐很豐盛、中式西式任意選擇。酒店的客房服務超級棒，接待我們的酒店管家祝文清服務相當的周到，從辦理入住開始就讓人感到很貼心，從大堂到房間，她全程幫我們拿行李，入住期間有需要她都第一時間解決，衝著這樣優質的服務質量和良好的環境，以後會再來的

房間設施挺好的，非常安靜，睡得很舒服，特別感謝前台飛飛服務非常周到，還要感謝餐飲的服務員，忘了問她叫什麼了，服務非常周到，我們趕時間，她還特地幫我們跑前跑後，真的非常感謝，酒店還提供了接送服務，很温馨。

酒店很老了，但是管家服務很棒，感謝官官提供的幫助，很貼心！但是關於美食村我想説幾句，看網友説很好，但我們去吃了晚餐，有點失望，菜的種類少，98元的翹腳牛肉鍋幾乎都是包菜，如果想吃肉也想要性價比就不要點了吧。我中午自己在酒店門口吃的也不錯，價格可能差不多，但是種類更多，所以大家不一定要選擇酒店裡吃

還沒到峨眉山就有管家飛飛和我聯繫，瞭解高鐵車次併到車站來接，併發送峨眉山旅遊線路供遊客選擇。知道我第二天要上金頂來不及吃早餐，還給我提前準備好簡單早餐路上吃，很貼心。酒店地理位置好在峨眉山腳下，離報國寺遊客中心很近。酒店周圍環境好，房間窗外都是竹子，聽着雨聲、鳥叫聲、看着綠竹分外舒服。房間裝修風格和設施感覺有些年頭了，比較舊。辦理完入住要提着行李箱走3層台階到5號樓，中間沒有電梯，一路上看到每個長沙發椅上都橫躺着人睡覺，對酒店環境來説不太雅觀。客房衞生間捲紙質量不好，比較粗糙容易扯壞。今天雨下得很大，褲腿全濕想用吹風機吹乾，拿出來一看吹風機很小像小童玩具且是壞的，無法使用，衹能濕的穿在身上。
