房間寬敞乾淨，房間傢俱品質設計很喜歡

瑞士最滿意的酒店，英格堡是最喜歡的小鎮，下次來，就直奔這個酒店，在鎮子上走走、爬爬山就很舒服。定了晚餐，做的很精緻，軟銀包含在內，餐廳每晚都有人在彈鋼琴。

房間 環境：一級棒，躺在床上就可以看到美景，陽台超級大。巧克力蜂蜜🍯都好吃。還有音樂會🎼還會再次入住的！

It was a perfect and enjoyable stay, all the staff were very helpful, the food and the other facilities were at a very high level The location of the hotel and its proximity to Titlis, walking distance, the entire reception from reception to cleaning, the spa and the pool, and in the evening the hotel's bar, perfect hospitality

We had a business event with dinner there. Atmosphere was ok, but vegetarian main course was overcooked unseasoned risotto soaked in olive oil with neither vegetables, mushrooms nor decoration. A shame for the price they charge as I have eaten better in almost any Swiss village restaurants. Nobody at my table finished their vegetarian dish, all went back to the kitchen after we tried a few spoons. Meat was seemingly okay…

Very nice hotel and beautiful rooms, I think renovated in 2021. We also attended a first advent christmas lighting which was very well done with childrens chorus and great food and drinks. Thanks for that. Why not the maximum points ? 1. Service quality is not up to a 5star hotel in this price category. Staff is very motivated and eager to do good but one can see that they are in average not very experienced which leads to slippages as no refilling of the tea/cream stack in the room, even after asking for it. 2. In three days at the hotel we had not met one single employee with Swiss origin. We would expect that at least a few would give some local touch. In terms of staff you could not make out the difference between a hotel in Singapore or Engelberg which is disappointing, at least for us.

Everyone​ is​ lovely, everyting look clean, ​convenient, overall it's quiet​ suitable​ ​for relexation.​ Really WOW​for​ me, I​ had the.​chance to​see​the​spa room, the​ view​ ​was​ amazing but I​don't have​ time​to​use the​ ​service.

The hotel really looks like a palace with appropriate service. And at the same time it is equipped with high technology. The staff are very polite and pleasant people who take care of you every minute of your stay here. I want to write only the best reviews about the employees from the entrance to the hotel until your departure. The comfort and cleanliness are impressive. The rooms, bar, restaurant, spa are all great. The food in the restaurant is exquisite, the breakfast is excellent, and don’t forget to try the cocktails and bar snacks in the hotel bar. The view around the hotel is fantastic, you can walk or take the free bus for guests to the waterfalls, ski lifts to the famous Titlis Mountain and other places. I really want to return to this extraordinary place

One of the most beautiful hotels in Europe. Rooms were spacious and well appointed with every detail immaculately considered. Food was amazing. Staff were universally excellent. Engelberg was beautiful and enough off the beaten path not to be overrun by tourists, yet plenty to do.

From the first moments of our stay, the hospitality was exceptional. Mrs Helena was very helpful guiding us through the hotel. Food was very diverse and delicous. Every staff member we came across was very welcoming, props to Mr Korth for making a great team. We will definitely remember this experience and hopefully come visit again soon.

The Kempinski Palace in Engelberg is a real gem. In the very center of the village with a beautiful park in front. The staff is extremley friendly and always ready to help. Mr Nils Korth is very professional .Helena from the front desk welcimes with a smile and she is ready to help in any situation.
