El complejo es grande, tiene varias piscinas, sobre todo para niños, con diferentes profundidades y toboganes. Muy limpias y con socorristas. También hay bar, un pequeño supermercado para comprar lo esencial y una tienda de souvenirs y flotadores. Pero no hay nada más cerca, todo es residencial, ni tiendas bi restaurantes. A unos 10 minutos andando hay una pequeña cala pero para todo lo demás se recomienda coche. En el hotel ofrecen coches de alquiler de diferentes empresas q te traen a la puerta del hotel directamente. La comida del buffet extensa y variada pero calidad estandar, de batalla, barra de pasta, de pizza, de quesos, de ensaladas... Tiene opciones gluten free y veganos, pero poco sabrosas.
El ultimo dia no nos hicieron la habitación, llamamos a recepción y no nos ofrecieron ninguna compensación por ello.

El hotel muy bien. Se hizo cargo de una reserva para 4 personas (2 adultos y 2 niños) que habíamos hecho a través de trip.com para los 4 pero al llegar a la recepciión resultó que el hotel solo tenía constancia de dos adultos. Reclamamos por teléfono a trip.com y no quiso saber nada. Simplemente un aviso para quienes usen trip.com ya que juegan al engaño. Cuidado con los precios bajos y con la atención al cliente. Una estafa de portal web.
El hotel Mar de Menorca un diez. Gracias por su comprensión.

Complejo preparado para familias. La ubicación no es mala. Hay parking. Las habitaciones son bungalows. Muebles más bien viejos, la cama no es muy cómoda...

We really enjoyed our stay at Grupotel Mar de Menorca for our family vacations with our 1 year old baby. The room was basic but clean and comfortable, there are parking spots close to the rooms, the pool area and playground was super nice, and the breakfast and dinner buffet was good and diverse. We could find everything for our baby: even though the baby crib was not ready in our room despite my request for one, they provided one pretty quickly, and there were high-chairs at the restaurant. The staff was also very nice and welcoming. And there is a supermarket and a beach just next to the hotel. The only negative point if I have to find one is the music going on all evening, but it was ok we couldn't hear it inside the room.

The perfect place for a relaxing few days in Menorca. The pool area is stunning, rooms are the perfect size and there was so much choice in the buffet. Overall a fantastic place. The only negative I have is the fact it’s impossible to read by the main pool as they play music all day and at times, it can be quite loud.

Booked room only, but option to upgrade to breakfast or All inclusive, check in was very easy & straightforward. Room was spacious and and clean, there were a few ants on the floor near the window but nothing to worry about. I had a room without a balcony, and the air conditioner was not working, as I was only staying a few days it didn’t bother me.

This is a lovely hotel, which was perfect for my first family holiday. From the start the front desk were very welcoming and even upgraded my room, which helped us as a young family. The food options were fantastic. We could eat as healthy or unhealthy as we wanted and the chefs/servers were very friendly. All the staff in the restaurant were very happy. There are two nice pools, one quiet pool for those that wanted to relax. We stayed around the bigger pool, which had shallow ends for our children and a deeper part in case we wanted a swim. They big pool also had music and an Animación team, running regular games for adults and children. They run kids clubs for several hours a day for 4yr olds and above. This was great for us to leave our 4yr old for a few hours break!! The evening entertainment was good fun too and no pressure also.
Our suggestion for improvement would be to have fresh smoothies made at meal times and to have tea and coffee in the dining room at lunchtime and dinner.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to families and couples.
