Mediocre hotel. + Friendly staff + clean rooms + location -/- small and warm rooms -/- inadequate airconditioning (we switched rooms, but stays the same) -/- breakfast until 10am, even in the weekend -/- so so breakfast (strange given the positive reviews of the breakfast) -/- typical small hotel gym -/- bad coffee

Vriendelijk personeel. Fijne schone kamer. Heerlijk vers ontbijtbuffet met extra's die speciaal voor jou gemaakt worden. Centrale locatie, prima met openbaar vervoer te bereiken maar parkeren kan ook voordelig dichtbij.

The staff were incredibly accommodating. I had a free early check in and a late check out (as the hotel wasn't too busy for this option). The hotel room was honestly impeccable. Brilliant amenities and space without compromising on quality. Bed was a 10/10 and the option to cook in the room was an instant winner for late night snacks after work. There are available snacks downstairs throughout the night, and the breakfast is free. Attached is an image from a good local bar also (Cafe Nord) - CASH ONLY. Brilliant atmosphere and not too far from the hotel.

De parkeerkosten waren te veel en het was niet duidelijk waar we de auto moesten parkeren. Er was geen koelkast in de kamer. Bij aankomst waren twee mensen aan het werk. Een Aziatisch vrouw die heel vriendelijk was en een meneer blijkbaar uit het midden oosten die heel chagrijnig was, keek je niet aan als je met him praat. Die mag van mij een andere baan gaan zoeken. Om 5 uur tot 7 uur in de ochtend verzamelden zich een groep mensen aan de andere kant van de weg, en zelf vanuit mijn kamer op de 5de verdieping ben ik door hun geschreeuw wakker geworden.

11月份德國杜塞爾多夫參展預訂的這個酒店，比住杜賽便宜多了。每天8點半出發，就算堵車9點多點兒也能到展館。能夠免費停車 ，車位充足。入住的時候前台下班了全程在機器上自助Check in，房門密碼一定要記得拍照留底，房間門是密碼鎖沒有房卡的。房間比我想象的要大一點兒，大床房很舒服。德國冬天一直陰冷，每天都下雨，房間也不潮濕。酒店後面是居民樓，前面是馬路，離得較遠，沒有噪音很安靜。旁邊還有一個漢堡王，距離1.5公里左右是當地最大的購物商城，裏面連鎖超市，各種品牌應有盡有，非常方便。早餐12.5歐元一位，品類不多但也足夠。明年還會繼續預訂這個酒店，很方便。

On the second day, my trip was better in this hotel. There was a lady in the reception and she was kind and gave me a good room for me and my friend (two rooms, which are according to the rooms I booked in the first place). These two new room were not so cramped like the room which was given to me yesterday. They were slightly larger, just like the photos listed in the app. The breakfast was also good. But don’t expect things like air conditioner, dental kit or water bottles.

很好 房間超大 有熱水 小廚房 環境很方便 吃飯超市對面100米都有 地鐵站也是很近 方便得很 而且周邊都是景點 非常方便 環境還好 寬敞 兩台電視

Nahe dem Bahnhof und der Fußgängerzone gelegen, aber nicht laut. Der check in und check out verliefen problemlos. Das Zimmer war ziemlich groß, das Bett bequem. Badezimmer in Ordnung. Es gab eine große Garderobe, viele Ablagemöglichkeiten und Steckdosen. Nett gewesen wäre zusätzlich ein Wasserkocher plus Teebeutel. Das Zimmer und alle öffentlichen Bereiche waren sehr sauber.

Sehr nettes Personal. Schönes Frühstücksbuffet. Hatten leider Pech, dass unsere Nachtruhe von einem anderen Hast gestört wurde. War sehr hellhörig.

I like the location of the hotel, the cleanliness and simple. I’ll always stay here whenever I come to Germany.
