Hotel berhampiran Parc Georges Brassens di Essonne

Nous avons pris cet hôtel pour sa proximité de l’aéroport d’Orly. Chambre familiale. A l’arrivée, couette sale( grosses taches jaunes). Nous avons demandé à changer. Ça a été fait rapidement. Le matin, nous sommes partis de l’hôtel vers 3h car nous avions un avion à 6h. La veille, j’ai demandé pour avoir un café et un petit truc à grignoter. Nous avons eu le café mais pour la nourriture rien. Il est quand même facile de proposer madeleine emballées ou morceau de cake( il y a toujours cela dans les buffets à volonté). Nous avons pris notre café à côté des céréales( non proposé à nos enfants). Pour le reste, hôtel calme et bon accueil.

Je tiens vraiment à remercier du fond du coeur le night de ce soir ( Abdelatif) , il a sauvé notre nuit ! Nous avons dû partir précipitamment d'un logement insalubre loué pour cette même nuit , son professionalisme , son écoute et son accueil , nous ont vraiment rassuré de plus que nous étions avec un enfant en bas âge , donc pas évident . Il nous a généreusement accueilli , et a veiller à ce que nous ayons tout ce qu'il fallait pour passer notre nuit . Nous lui en sommes profondément reconnaissant . Merci encore .

Rented a suite and there's not even a closet to store your clothes. There is just 4 poor hangers for hanging shirts and dresses. In order to get an iron and an iron board, I had to go down to the front desk since nobody was answering the phone… Right in the middle of the shower, the water becomes suddenly boiling hot. Thinking the mixer was broken, I tried the water in the sink and I had the same issue: just no cold water at all anymore. Of course, this happens right in the middle of the shower. Called the front desk, but nobody was answering, while it was just late afternoon. The problem happened again the day after. The day of the departure, I left around 4.30am in order to go to the airport, and the garage door didn't open. There is no button to call the front desk, therefore I had to leave my car on the ramp and go walk to the front desk in order to ask for the door to be opened. The front desk man said ”oh, I though it would open by itself…” Coming back from the ride around 6am, I tried to call the front desk to get a taxi booking, but nobody answered the phone. I went down in the lobby and the hotel was literally empty. I went back to my room, tried again to call and after 10 minutes somebody picked-up the phone. I told him ”if you're asked by the taxi company where am I going, just tell them destination ABC”. To which he replied ”oh, you can tell the driver yourself when they will ask”. Clearly not listening. The day before leaving, I went to the bar for a dinner since there restaurant was closed… I ordered some food that was brought to me in a pot that was being opened right in front of me and just put in the plate. Just like that, in the pot with the branding and the list of ingredients… I ordered a cold cut plate and it was clearly not fresh at all: the camp was as hard as skin and discolored on the sides, the sauces were discolored as well, the cheese slices were glued one to another. The service is given to kids who have no sense of class or refinement, and they're not even shaved. The lamp that goes from the bar to the outside (which is located inside the bar) is covered with a massive spider net from. As compensation for the cold cut board, I was given a bottle of cheap Bordeaux.

We stayed at the adagio for 3 nights. Cannot fault the hotel, the room was warm and clean and apart from not having a toaster in the kitchen, had everything we needed. We had a quiet room at the back of the hotel. I think the front would be noisy as there is a busy road in front and beside it. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. There is free coffee available and breakfast if you want to pay for it. The hotel is a good 10 minute walk from the metro station and the area is far away from central Paris but we managed on the metro There are some cafes, takeaways and shops outside the hotel and a supermarket just up the road. Would we go back? Definitely but would pick an area closer to attractions. .

We have spent 10 days in December 2022 (including Christmas) in Paris and selecvted Hilton Garden Inn Massy. We are very happy with our selection! The hotel is virtually new, you can smell the newness scent throught. Besides this, the cleaning team does a great job maintaining it at the highest standards. The rooms are very large and modern, with the Deluxe version including a Nespresso machine, baothrobes and slippers. The highlight are the mattresses, which are simply amazingly comfortable! Babette restaurant offers a variety of high quality food items and the coffee is excellent. The staff was very kind and helpful, to the extent that in one afternoon a gentleman from reception lended us his personal umbrella! Bottom line, the hotel offers excelent value for money and you can't go wrong selecting it! One final mention: it is located just near the Massy RER station and you can get into central Paris in 25 minutes, for a little over 3 Euro/trip, which is amazing!

We booked a night at this hotel on the outskirts of Paris. And what a pleasant surprise ...!! The room was spacious with a small kitchen & a very wide bathroom & shower. Clean, proper with windows that can be opened in the hot Parisian summer nights. The Massy area is quite with a variety of restaurants & shops & is connected by to Paris by train, the RER B station is 5 min walk from the hotel. The hotel has a gym. We were received at check-in &-out by the exceptionally nice & helpful Dhillon at the reception. Mostly, this whole package is for less than a third of the price of a tiny so called double room in Central Paris that we stayed at the night before. Highly recommended & definitely a come-back on our next visit to Paris

I love this Hotel. Its my 3rd time staying here which, i think, speaks for itself. If you don't mind public transportation, there are a lot of ways to move around and explore. There is also a shopping mall close by, 10min walk or 1 stop with the tram, a supermarket, Mc Donalds & a few restaurants right across the street. Its about 45 min to an hour away from the Eifel Tower but you should enjoy the views and see the city by using public transportation. This Hotel has a great variety on breakfast, a bar, soccer table, lounge and a gym. I have to more bookings at this location.

Hôtel propre. Salle après l entrée pour manger. La chambre est propre. Une douche spacieuse deux fenêtres pour laisser de la lumière et une literie de qualité.

The apartments are spacious, very clean with comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchenette. I enjoyed a lot breakfast- much better than the one served in 4 stars hotel - fresh orange juice, different choices for continental reakfast, fresh fruit. Excellent ratio between cost and services you get. Very helpful staff
