It’s a good hotel for business trip with available parking on site, with available breakfast dinner. Conference room is available if needed, location is a little bit remote but in walking distance to town centre so it shouldn’t be a problem if you want to have a meal in downtown

Accueil parfait, manque juste une formule petit déjeuner.

L'accueil fut correcte, hôtel situé proche d'un carrefour très fréquenté. Niveau calme toit est à revoir, dès que personne passe dans le couloir les vibrations des ses pas résonnent dans la chambre, on a pu de même suivre la conversation d'une des chambre mitoyenne. Le plafond de la salle de bain est moisis et la peinture s'écaille dans la douche ce qui ne donne pas une bonne impression quand à l'hygiène, bon point il y avait 2 trousseaux de serviettes mis a disposition. Le lit est d'un confort relativement bas de gamme qui grince au moindre mouvement. Pour les boissons proposés avec la bouilloire j'ai eu la surprise d'avoir du lait périmé depuis 1 mois!

We made the mistake of arriving on a Sunday, thinking that as it had a bar and restaurant that they would be open. They weren't. I can only think that the three star rating for this place is due to the fact that they have such facilities. Pity they're closed at weekends. We had to drive a few miles to go to dinner on the town. We had to ring a phone number to be let in on arrival, which is not very welcoming. The hotel is in the middle of a tatty industrial park, and we did worry about parking our car there, but it was intact in the morning. We had a kettle in the room, but no cups or tea or coffee. The Receptionist provided cardboard cups etc upon request. The room was OK, basic, but we didn't pay a fortune to stay here. It was clean. Breakfast was a shambles. The Receptionist and a colleague were setting tables, but it turned out that they were setting them for dinner. As we went to sit down, staff removed placemats etc. Simple verbal communication would have been useful, there was no attempt to speak to us in French or English to explain what was happening. We managed to get the last couple of croissants and pieces of bread before they ran out at 8.30. Otherwise we would have had to manage with fruit, yogurts and ham. We did hear some people quite rightly grumbling about it. Upon departure, no-one asked us whether we'd had a pleasant stay, or even wished us ”bon voyage”. A man merely took our key from us with a ”merci”. Bottom line is, that I wouldn't stay here again. There is plenty of choice closer to Evreux.

Rating: ⭐⭐ Let's start with the positives. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the staff. Their friendliness and attentiveness were commendable, and they made me feel valued as a guest. Additionally, I was pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job in ensuring the rooms were tidy and well-maintained, which is certainly a plus for a budget hotel. The location is pretty central, although the hotel is slightly awkward to get to (given the town’s one way systems!) but within a few metres of a pleasant square with bars and decent restaurants. One major issue was the paper-thin walls. Unfortunately, this led to an unfortunate situation where I could hear conversations from the neighboring room. It was not only an invasion of privacy but also disrupted my ability to relax and get a good night's sleep. I believe soundproofing should be a priority for any hotel, regardless of its budget status. To make matters worse, the noise issue reached its peak when an amorous couple in the adjacent room started shagging at 3am. While I understand that the Greet Hotel is a budget establishment, the thin walls and lack of sound insulation made for an unpleasant experience. I strongly urge the management to address this issue promptly and take measures to improve the soundproofing of the rooms. Guests should be able to enjoy a peaceful and undisturbed stay, regardless of the hotel's price range. In conclusion, the welcoming staff and clean rooms at the Greet Hotel in Evreux were commendable. However, the lack of soundproofing compromised the overall quality of my stay.

J'ai découvert Kyriad direct Evreux, par hasard, suite à une réservation que je n'ai pas effectué moi même. Cet hôtel à la couleur d'un campanile vielle génération, sans en avoir le goût, ni la saveur. La réception, la chambre sont la copie conforme de ce que l'on trouvait à Campanile, mais en moins bien. C'est dire. La réception est minimaliste avec des panneaux services, qui marquent certainement les limites professionnelles du responsable marketing qui les a conçu. La salle de petit déjeuner est minimaliste et austère. Les chambres sont simples, correctes, sans table de nuit. La salle de bains est correcte également, et sans brosse à WC. Les numéros de chambre sont posés par terre, pour certaines chambres. Les poubelles extérieures ne sont pas fixées mais calées. Très sincèrement, le petit déjeuner, est à l'image de l'ensemble: simple, correct et sans surprise. Hôtel à conseiller pour ceux qui cherchent un prix pas cher, mais un séjour sans véritable expérience client. Perso, je n'y reviendrais pas.
