A good location, a 5-minute walk from train and bus stations, 10 minutes to the marina. Hotel seems to have been recently refurbished. The room was large enough for my requirements as was the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was very clean and tidy. All the staff were nice friendly, and the reception supplied useful local information. The breakfast was value for what was on offer with choices of hot and cold food on offer. Altogether the hotel is a good value offering.

Just a perfect overnight stay in this hotel. Upgraded to super room 501. Close to station and interesting urban and airport view. Plus lagoon. Loved watching aircraft at sunrise. Close old town and all the faro sights. Recommend for a short stay or stopover.

Location: Perfect, right in the centre of Faro, walking distance to Faro train station, old town and not far away from airport too. Staff: Very helpful and professional Cleanliness- It was clean and had an amazing stay. Overall had a wonderful experience.

PROS: Great location Clean Rooms Helpful and friendly staff Good continental breakfast CONS: Noise - Room was near the stairway and you could hear people coming in the front door at 3:00 in the morning. Noise carries up the starwell. Could also hear people above us. Bed & Pillows - Not comfortable. Bed too hard for our liking

Nice family room with a separate bedroom, clean and comfortable. Staff are very nice, left a breakfast for us to take away as we had an early flight in the morning. Good location for old town, restaurants and shops. Would definately go back! Recommend

Overall the hotel was nice, clean and we were lucky to get room with a big balcony. In the bathroom was shampoo/body wash, hairdryer, and frequent housekeeping but it would have been nice to have a kettle & cups in the room as well as a luggage rack/stand. Breakfast was also very nice, hot selection (bacon, eggs, sausages), breads, pastries, cheese, meat, cereal, coffees. The staff were also really friendly and helpful. The location is good - it is only a short walk to the centre / restaurants / marina / railway or bus station but it does feel a little back-street-y.

Lovely small town hotel spotlessly clean, nice bedrooms and very handy for walking to marina. The breakfast was great with a wide choice of breakfast choices. The reception were really helpful in pointing us in the right direction for a very nice evening meal
