Room is huge and clean! The owner was super helpful and friendly and I must say the transport pick up/ drop off was a great experience. Remember to contact them via WeChat to arrange for your pick up. Breakfast was served in an oriental style, should you require coffee, please walk further down to purchase yourself.

The hotel was nice and the view from the hotel was great too (oversee the river). The only downside is that there is no lift (they are currently trying to build one), and we stayed on level 4, so there was a bit of a climb.

The hotel is very good, very clean, the rooms are nice and large. We received a free upgrade. It is a room with a bathtub on the balcony. The owner of the accommodation takes care very well. Breakfast served to your room and will be dropped off at the train station for free. Recommend traveling by taxi only.

Spacious and aesthetically pleasing room which made for a relaxing stay at Phoenix Ancient City :) Staff were very kind, friendly and professional, even going out of the way to mail my left behind item to me. 💯 service!

Away from the busy center of the town. Beautifully decorated. The front desk and owner were super nice to us. I really enjoy my stay even only for one night.

Convenient location with good breakfast served. Friendly staff will help with the luggage as there is no lift in the premise.

Overall it was a good stay. It is located at the end river section, so you can still see the lighting up at night but not as much as the middle section. The room was clean but the cushions on the chairs (balcony) were stained. Would suggest to not put cushions and just have Rattan chairs. The room is located at the fourth floor so we had to carry our suitcases up. We read the reviews prior booking so we kind of expected it too and didn't come as a shock. The staffs were very kind and help us to carry the suitcases together. We had an early day next day and the kitchen staffs served us our breakfast prior to the official breakfast start time.

Outstanding service! We booked less than 1 hour before we were due to arrive and the host contacted us 15 mins after to ask our arrival time at the railway station and offered us a free pickup service back to the hostel. Check in was fast and easy and the host even had already warmed our rooms up before we arrived as it was cold outside. The room was clean, tidy and the theme was very special. The view of the river was spectacular with a bathtub right by the window with the view. The shower room and toilet was right by the door and was clean and had all the basics and a good hairdryer. The toilet was a Japanese bidet. Very hygienic and fun if you have not tried one before. The location of the hostel was very good as it was right at the beginning of the tourist route along the river. Lots of restaurants around the hotel. The host gave great information about the tourist area and also gave us a tourist map. Breakfast was great! Highly recommended! Very good price for the location and level of service!

I was looking for a long for the best place for me to stay in Fenghuang. And I discovered the perfect one on Trip.com. My expectations were high and I was not disappointed. Thé hôtel is in a little more quiet and authentic place of the city, along the river. I was supposed to travel alone and I took a small room, but with outside bathtub on the top floor. Then my friend told me he wanted to join me. I was a little lazy to upgrade, but on arrival, the hotel was not that busy, because of low season and we were upgraded to a vey nice suite, on fourth floor, with living room, bedroom and a huge terrace with river view and bathtub. What a pleasure to take a bath at night outside… The breakfast was good and full, Chinese style. The cleanliness was perfect. I stayed three wonderful nights there. Reading outside on the sofa, early morning, watching the slow boats on the river…fridge, space, amenities, nothing missing… I really recommend this high standard place, little away from noisy city at night, and little romantic walk to reach along the quiet riverside. Unforgettable stay.

做了很多功課，最後選擇了位於古城下游的璞樹漫居。下游非常適合喜歡享受安靜的遊客。位置在沱江大橋旁，出行非常的方便，相對於古城中和江對岸的民宿來講，石板路上拖行李真的是誰拖誰知道。還有接送站服務哦，二選一，管家小哥哥會提前確認，安排好司機師傅接站。璞樹漫居的裝修風格真的是一眼相中，該有的都有，但看上去簡約大氣，很是清爽乾淨。推開窗户就是江景和不遠處的山景，夜晚的鳳凰很美。民宿的公共區域很多，很出片。豐盛的早餐也是愛了，阿姨煮的米粉好好吃。 冬天的鳳凰古城確實很冷清，遊客不多，很多店鋪也關門了，也勝在人少吧，漫步江邊悠閑愜意。

房間位置很好，橫看鳳凰古城夜景優美如畫，房間乾淨整潔，佈置的很好，老闆人很好，熱情大方，幫忙接送高鐵站，滿分好評，下次還會入住。
