Hotel di Ferreira do Zêzere

We stayed two nights at the Vila Gale hotel, as we were part of a group, our bus was unable to reach the entrance we had to walk about half a block, the lobby is amazing with lots of details of history of Tomar and the way to the rooms is hidden behind a door that is covered with decorations. Since it is a very old building, that also is connected to another one across the street, there is an elevated bridge and that connects to the dining room and other rooms. My room was very nice and warm, the bathroom is large and comfortable, just there was a tiny problem with the shower drain, but I shared the info with the reception. The hotel is beautiful and worth the visit, Food was excellent at breakfast and dinner....will return

Buena ubicación en el casco antiguo, cerca de tiendas y restaurantes, del Convento de Cristo a 15 minutos andando, subiendo a la ida y bajando a la vuelta. El parking de la plaza de la república está a 5 minutos. Es cómodo, cama amplia y decoración moderna. Muy tranquilo y se descansa muy bien. Buen precio y atención al cliente. El desayuno tiene la variedad necesaria, buena calidad y precio. Debes de confirmarlo el día de antes. Empieza a las 8:30h.

O hotel está bem localizado no centro de tomar. É otimo para quem vem de comboio pois fica a poucos minutos da estação ferroviária. O staff é atencioso. Pequeno almoço é delicioso. Tem boa variedade mas podia servir por exemplo sumo de maçã. Recomemdo uma paragem pelo terraço ao final do dia para ver o anoitecer e o pôr do sol com o castelo no cenário. Pena não terem spa ou serviço de massagens.

Good location for exploring Tomar sites on foot, many restaurants nearby. Friendly staff, great breakfast buffet, nice public spaces (lobby bar, outdoor pool). Stayed in a “superior room” which was huge with a large sitting area and balcony, comfortable bed, free onsite parking. An affordable luxury compared to larger cities.
