Palace Inn Rome Fiano

It is with a heavy heart that I must write this review for the terrible hotel I had the misfortune of staying in. I must say that my experience was not unique, as many others have expressed similar opinions over the last decade. Firstly, the Wi-Fi was abysmal. It constantly disconnected and had awful speeds. It was practically impossible to get any work done or even browse the internet without frustration. The breakfast was another disturbing aspect of my stay. The eggs had an indescribable taste that left me feeling uneasy. It was basic and unappetizing, to say the least. And don't even get me started on dinner. I had planned an amazing trip to Italy, only to be disappointed by the terrible food served at this hotel. It was cheap, uninspired, boring, tasteless garbage. Who wants to eat such terrible food when visiting Italy? To make matters worse, it took me three nights to finally find almost hot water in the shower. The two previous nights, it was like warm at best. It was a struggle just to take a decent shower. And if you are traveling with a group or family, be ready to only be able to flush the toilet once every ten minutes or so as it takes that long to “recharge.” This was a major inconvenience and made my stay even more unpleasant. In conclusion, I urge anyone reading this review to avoid this hotel at all costs. The terrible Wi-Fi, disturbing breakfast, terrible dinner, lack of hot water, and slow-flushing toilets are just a few of the many reasons why you should choose another place to stay. Do not make the same mistake I did (actually, I didn’t make this mistake…EF Tours made it). And this was considered “In Rome”…not even close. One day it took 2 hours and 15 minutes to drive to Rome.

The lobby was fine but the room #224 was filthy dirty, hand prints all over, holes in the walls, holes in the bathtub, mystery goo on the ceiling. Our group had 12 rooms and every one of them sounded worse than the previous one. 0/5 stars do not recommend.

Sono stato in questo hotel con mia moglie e conosciamo benissimo le sabine perché abbiamo parenti ed amici a pochi minuti da FIANO ROMANO. Le mie figlie sono state qui in campo scuola e ci hanno consigliato di alloggiare. Ci siamo trovati benissimo sopratutto e grazie alla posizione che ci dava amplia scelta di movimento. Le camere e gli spazi sono curati ed ho riposato bene nonostante per me non sia mai semplice cambiare letto. Personale molto discreto, non invadente. I prezzi assolutamente in linea

Siamo andati in campo scuola in questo hotel e ci siamo divertite. Mi sono piaciuti molto i dolci e il personale con noi é stato gentile . l’hotel é attaccato a un centro commerciale, con negozi molto belli e un supermercato molto grande e spazioso

Sono stata in campo scuola e c’era anche la classe di mia sorella ci siamo trovate bene, la connessione internet funzionava perfettamente e mi hanno prestato anche il caricabatterie perché il mio si é rotto. Abbiamo mangiato solo la colazione ma era buona e le camere pulite.

ho dormito in questo albergo con la mia famiglia ad inizio ottobre e ne siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti. principalmente le camere si presentavano molto pulite, molto bene il ristorante la sera e la colazione davvero fornita oltreché deliziosa. consigliato fortemente
