Long waiting to check in, only one in the disk. Beds much to soft Ells OK

Nice hotel with great location. Unfortunately our stay ended with us having to argue with the receptionist because of what eventually turned out to be a mistake made by the booking system. The way the mistake was handled by the recptionist resulted in a very nice stay ending in a very frustrating manner.

Virkelig for dårligt, at man skal argumentere for at ha købt og betalt et værelse incl. morgenmad, var nød til at videre sende mail fra trip, hvor det tydeligt fremgik at værelset var med morgenmad.

Zeit war gut .Zimmer war in Ordnung.Für mich ok. Parkplatz fehlte.

Duschkopf war kaputt. Duschgel war leer. Am Mülleimer hing alte Zahnseide und auf dem Teppich lagen Krümmel. Die Rezeption hat dies nur zur Kenntnis genommen aber sah keinerlei Anlass etwas zu ändern oder Alternativen anzubieten außer einer Flasche Duschgel.

Väldigt bra läge. Receptionisterna var varken vänliga eller hjälpfulla. Vi hade stopp i toaletten, redan vid i checkning och bad att få byta rum, det gick inte. Istället skickade de upp en städerska som försökte lösa proppen…vi bodde en natt där, aldrig mer. Frukosten var inte heller någon höjdare. Rummet hade inte aircon så borde varit utrustad med åtminstone en bordsfläkt. Har ni möjlighet, välj annat hotell.

This hotel is has a great location close to the harbour and we were lucky enough to have a room with a view. The room was clean but fairly small but perfectly fine for a couple of day. The staff were polite and helpful. This hotel serves breakfast but because we were out and about early we used the bakery a few doors away for excellent coffee and pastries. The hotel does not have air con so the rooms were very warm at night and the ventilation is poor in the bathroom.

While we had to shell out a huge price for the room, it was absolutely worth it thanks to the mindblowing views from the room and the excellent waterfront location of the property. If only they had higher quality service, the rating could have gone to 5 stars. LOCATION: located right at the tip of the harborfront and steps away from the old town DINE + DRINK: Sweet lobby level bar and restaurant that serves breakfast ROOM: We stayed in Room 419, so this review is based on that; VIEW: Spectacular view of the waterfront and the pretty buildings!; SIZE: Very spacious room; AIR-CON: No AirCon in the room, but the weather was manageable; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part to put me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Good quality cosmetics FACILITIES: No Gym or pool on site SERVICE: Barely acceptable service that did nothing more than service the requests of the guests and didnt bother to go beyond that HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free Medium -speed Wi-Fi that works well all over the property. Ok hotel but without any really nice feeling. But really good location and breakfast was fine. But was really chocked by the treatment at the reception when checking out. A very rude employee, Salomon, who didn’t even want to welcome or look you in your eyes, asked rudely for the prove of payment of our rooms. When telling him that is wasn’t an okay way to speak to a guest he asked me to be quiet. He was really unpleasant and told us we could never stay again in this hotel. I can not recommend anyone to stay here if this is how they want to treat their guests.

Definitely 1, when we was checking out they give me a receipt for 120 euro , i was paid 160 euro when I checked in day before. When I say that to reception nobody give me the answer…I don’t have time to wait answer from reception because i must go to the hospital. But i must to write to people to now what kind of hotel is Ramada in Flensburg
