Molto spaziosa , accoglienza ottima e subito disponibile. Colazione buona e abbondante. Ottima posizione, letteralmente vicino all autostrada, stra comoda!!. Stanza abbastanza spaziosa. Il bagno completo di confort. Ultimate pecca l 'acqua della doccia non era stabilissima , continuava a cambiare la temperatura di continuo, da caldo a freddo e freddo a caldo, stavi più a litigare con l acqua che a farsi la doccia .

Location and Service are strong points of Hotel delle nazioni. however, a broken toilet button (that got resolved) should have not occurred. The staff member came up and fixed it in timely fashion. Th facility score is lower because of the noise from the tram outside our windows staritng at 0500 and going up to 2030 in the evening was distracting, plus the discard pipes from shower and toilet use by the upstairs room made for alot of noise and difficulty in sleeping. Good breakfast and service. Hotel is near the Firenze train station but is farther away from the attractions to see in FLorence.

What a friendly and clean hotel! Convenient, excellent continental breakfast (even included eggs!), and superb staff to help with everything. Miguele, at the front desk was especially helpful with our entire 3 day stay. Parking was a big bonus, not usually included in this price range.

I made a booking and payment through the application Booking.com for a night. Upon checking-in, the lady on the front desk told me that there is no reservation under my name. I showed her the copy of the payment I did and the email of confirmation I received. After 10 minutes of checking their system, she apologized and told me there was something wrong with their computer. I should have read well all the reviews and not just looked at the 4 ⭐ label this hotel have because the establishment is already old. There was even a leak on the lobby where the staff just put a couple of white towels. When we entered our rooms and bathrooms, we did not expect them to be in such conditions. The hotel definitely needs proper maintenance. The walls are dirty and stained. Along the corridor the paint and the cabinets are old. The ceiling of the bathroom has bars, but you can see the rust/mold accumulated. When we went to the bar for the breakfast (which was also included in my booking), the server told me that we do not have the breakfast included. I was about to go to the front desk when the same lady apologized and told me that yes we can do the buffet. We paid very low for one night that is why we were not expecting much from the said buffet..croissant and coffee to heaten our tummies will do good. The good side we noticed is with regards to the staff. They all seem of the same age (nearly 60s). It is possible that they've been working in the hotel for many years meaning the management is good..just need to pay some attention to the maintenance of their establishment. Thank you!

Walk to most attractions and the train station within 15 minutes. Bus stop and convenient store nearby. Fee for luggage store, 3 euros per person for the rest of the day after checking out.

Thank you :) Our experience at the hotel was great. In many ways this hotel was ideal for us, it wasn't right in the city center where all the noise is, but it was close enough to it (about half an hour's walk to the train station with a suitcase and bags). The hotel staff was excellent, very kind and respectful with lots of good and efficient advice. The room was spacious enough and clean and we didn't lack anything. One weak point was for us and it was the bed which was a double bed but, it was connected by two mattresses, and an air conditioner that worked but made a lot of noise. In conclusion, if you don't mind walking to the city center (I strongly recommend everyone to walk and not use public transport, there is a lot to see on the way :) ) And you are looking for the hotel staff to be nice, polite, experienced, know the surroundings and know how to give you tips, this is the hotel check for you. I am not writing this type of reviews often, but unfortunately this time I have to in order to reflect the reality about this hotel. Prior to this hotel we stayed at another hotel in Rome also 4-star that we really enjoyed (price level and distance from city center was similar). Firstly, I would like to point out that this hotel, even though it has 4 stars, cannot be considered to be a European-level 4-star hotel at all, at maximum a refurbished 3-star hotel. Given the price and its location, I would like to tell you straight, it is quite expensive for what you get, especially given the further circumstances described below. Secondly, I have not read many negative reviews regarding the noise level, but would like to shed some light on that. Even though we asked for a quiet room, we got the room facing the hotel parking and front road. I cannot say that there was a lot of noise from the road, but you could definitely hear cars from the road. But the biggest problem is the noise insultaion, or more precisely its complete absence. We could hear our neighbours talking in the other room like they were in our room. Our neighbours were awake until late night and we could hear them receiving messages while chatting on the phone and it seemed like the phone was vibrating each time near your ear. There was also noise from outside and other neighbours (it was partially not clear where it was coming from), so overall an awful experience also given the fact that each room has roller blinds and some people are using them at night and each time you can hear the mechanism working (it is quite loud). When people flush in other rooms, it sounds like it starts raining heavily. To sum up, insulation is really bad. Thirdly, the room was furbished at the level of refurbished 3-star hotel, the old hairdriers from the 20th century, only one card key, thus you cannot leave the AC on when you leave the room. Room was not ventilated at all once we arrived, so it was very hot to sleep and smell was not very pleasant. Breakfast at the level of 3-star hotel maximum and they do not let people finish their breakfast telling at 9:55am that you have to leave in 5 minutes since the breakfast time ends at 10am. As a cherry on the tart, when we were leaving we were told that the water in the room was not complimentary when we arrived, even though we did not found anywhere information with pricing of water in the room. When I asked where we could find price list for water in the room, as I belive it should be clearly placed in a visible spot, the person at reception firstly insulted us in Italian (not knowing that we speak Italian) and then just answered arrogantly ”it is in the room”, showing that he does not want to speak with us. Unbelievable and unacceptable behaviour from staff, you are paying them for being treated in such a manner... Overall, I understand that Florence is an expensive and crowded city, but in this instance when we unfortunately had only extremely negativ

Resepsiyondaki görevli çok ilgiliydi ve hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Odalar eski ama temizdi. 1 gece konaklama ve sadece uyumak için kullanacak olanlar için önerebilirim. Otelden çıkış yaptıktan sonra otobüs saatimize kadar çantalarımızı da bırakmanıza izin veriyorlar. Merkezi alanlara 8-10 dakika yürüme mesafesinde.

This was my favorite hotel stay while in Italy for 2 weeks. I almost don’t want to share how incredible this hotel is because it will be harder for us to get in next time. Everything about this property is wonderful—from the location to the staff, incredible dining, large rooms (unusual for many European hotels) and the price. It is not cheap but definitely worth every penny! The lobby is beautiful too. We loved it here. We will be back…if we can get in. I was told they also have affordable apartment rentals too. A great idea if you want to stay in Florence for a week or more! The only negative is the hotel gym… but who comes to Florence to be stuck in a hotel gym? Not me, but I thought Inwouid share for the gym rats! Love this hotel!!

Excellent hotel. Large rooms with patio. There are tables and chairs where we can relax. The bathroom was really good, with essential amenities and good towels. The location is great. There's a bus stop right next to the hotel where you can take the bus to the historic sites. Breakfast was good. And attendants were really kind.
