Excellent location! Friendly service! Amazing pool view! The breakfast was also delicious. If I ever go back to Florence, I'd definitely stay at Minerva again.

Amazing hotel, very clean and very attentive staff. Plenty of well kept amenities. Very close to many of the main attractions. Hotel staff gave great recommendations for food and night life. Would 100% stay here again! Beautiful view from the balcony, which i have attached here.

Excellent. It's my second time here, and it's just as good. Even if I were to visit Florence, Italy again, I'd choose this hotel. It's the best in Florence.

Traveling in Italy, you have to stay in the old town, and if your hotel is in the historic center, you'll need to show your hotel booking confirmation to drive into the restricted zone. Staying at this hotel means you're practically a part of Florence itself. The location is superb, and you absolutely must visit the hotel's rooftop terrace to catch the sunrise and sunset, gazing at Florence's dome and bell tower, while reflecting on your own serene life.

An amazing hotel located in the centre of Florence overlooking a beautiful Piazza surrounded by restaurants excellent shopping and to die for sightseeing attractions. For some reason I got an upgrade to a suite which was sensational a lovely complimentary bottle of red wine together with a packet of biscotti. The rooftop pool and bar were sensational with sensational views as well. Not a cheap hotel by any means but well worth the money

The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful throughout. The hotel is centrally located, so ideal for lots of walking to the main sights in Firenze and within a 10 minute walk from the train station. Unfortunately, the room we had didn't have any view apart from some rooftops. However, we were out most of the time enjoying the food, drinks, and sights of the cobbled streets of the town.

The reception is very good service mind and very helpful. The room is clean and much bigger than the normal room in Florence. Will definitely come back again.

Grand Hotel Minerva is closed to the Florence train station. The hotel is classy and the staff are very professional. Rooms are clean & nice view of the town center. Bedding are comfortable and breakfast spread is great. Enjoyed my 1 night stay in this hotel.

It was our Honeymoon travel We were so satisfied with this perfect hotel Room condition was so nice and beautiful Inside of hotel was like museum And every where in minerva was photo spot I really enjoyed breakfast also Every tour spot was nearby It was so good to hang out I definitely can say that this hotel Is the best in firenze italy
