It's very noisy. The air conditioner is broken and the room is very hot.

No service what so ever ask at bar no beer no coffee no body serving answer go to sister hotel 20 yards away. They only have roof top bar tough if rains it shuts. Plumbing hotel extremely noisy can wake you up inthe night. Breakfast really basic Worst hotel I hotel ever stayed in.

The room was advertised as deluxe and was far from. It was small, dark and very basic, something you would expect in a 3*. The window had privacy screening as we were facing a balcony with seating. The rooms in the other photo reviews look lovely, this was definitely not ours. The staff on reception were not helpful, we requested (on booking) a twin room but were told on arrival that none were available. After discussion with the provider the hotel did provide a twin room (probably why we got the room we we given). We subsequently booked a different hotel and checked out. At check out the reception staff were less than apologetic, discussing us in Italian, causing an uncomfortable situation. I do understand a little Italian and can only advise the hotel reception staff not to assume the customer does not understand what they are saying.

Probably 3.5 out of 5. In my opinion not a 4 star hotel. Location is superb - 5 mins walk from the train station. When the A team are on duty the breakfast room flows, with the B team it was chaos. There didn't seem to be any management leadership. Don't bother booking a superior room. The only thing that was superior about our room was the size of the room. The staff were fine and happy to help. Don't think I would stay there again

It was a pleasant stay. We stayed with our newborn and shared the same bed. We all were comfortable. The room and the bathroom were both clean.
There was only one issue: the window. Every sound in the street was inside our room. Other than this, it was all okay for us and the baby.
