實在好得沒話說，位置好，近火車站，酒樓漂亮舒適，服務也是一流。有機會再到佛羅倫斯的話，會和太太一起入住。

Stayed as a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) in adjoining rooms. This worked out very well for us as the kids/adults each had privacy and were still felt like we were vacationing together. We were on the 4th floor so had nice very views of the city. The property is charming and well-maintained. The rooms were comfortable - very large, large windows with patio area, clean, etc. It was my wife's birthday and the concierge arranged a bottle of bubbly and chocolates for us. Other service members were all friendly and efficient. We used the pool everyday in the afternoon. The poolside service really made it feel like a resort. Thanks to everyone. The location is a good walk to the center. This is bad when it is hot - just walk slow. And the surroundings..., let's say I did not want my kids walking by themselves at night. It is quiet, though. And it is an easy walk to the SMN train terminal. Overall very enjoyable and yes, I would stay again.

Fabulous. I feel so lucky to have stumbled upon this gracious, elegant hotel with the its intimate garden and luscious pool area. It's just hot hot hot right now. Having the garden area with green grass, mature trees and cool fresh pool dotted with bright floats was the magic we needed to refresh and energize before hitting the sites of Florence each day. Attentive staff bring cool drinks and manage chairs and snacks. In the evenings the garden is transformed into what feels like a secret garden party with dim lights and diners around the pool and quiet (live?) jazz music. The front desk staff is fabulous. They had helpful quick suggestions for all of our questions and extended us extra courtesies in an effort to be helpful. The restaurant staff carry themselves with a dignified professionalism of years ago. While some previous reviews complain of it being "old", I found it freshly upholstered and clean, but with the magnificent receiving rooms of an older hotel where one might stay for several weeks. Our hotel room was huge with a small outdoor balcony overlooking the magical garden. The bathroom was bright and modern. The location is not as central to the prime tourist sites as others might be. But we found it an easy cab ride, or even walk (or scooter!) along the lovely Arno in the evening to come home after the heat of the day. While I agree that the neighborhood feels just a tad run down due to the group of drunk old men who frequented the shade tree at the end of the piazza, we never were bothered. It is actually only 3 blocks from the river (Arno) and the US Consulate area, and a quiet diplomatic neighborhood abutting it.

What a wonderful stay we had at the Sina Villa Medici. The staff is five star!! shout out to Emanule, Matteo, Paolo, and Luca all from the front desk and reception. We were given great advice and exceptional friendly service. The rooms were clean, The garden area and pool were lovely and a welcome sight after long days of sight seeing and walking a ton. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the property is older. This does not bother me in the least because I am more about the customer experience and they are spot on with that. If you like a more modern hotel this might not be your place

Very Boujee! Rooms are a little small but our balcony was good size. The location of this hotel is a little outside of all of the attractions and have to walk anywhere from 10-20 mins to everything. Neighborhood is a little ummm.. sketchy. You actually have keys to the room which was pretty cool. Beds are horrible and had to ask for more of a pillow too for the bed. Pillows are horrible as well. But what are you to do! The bar is amazing and they bring you all sorts of snacks with drinks! Beautiful property!

We stayed here for two nights and it is a lovely hotel, with lots of character. The female manager at the desk was lovely in setting up a welcome with prosecco and some treats in our room for our wedding anniversary. I was particularly impressed as we stayed on points but were still welcomed so warmly. Thank you!

This hotel and its staff far exceeded our already high expectations! We traveled there this past week on our honeymoon and they were very accommodating, kind, full of wonderful reviews, and helpful advice. The room was beautiful, and the breakfast on the patio is not to be missed. Thank you so much for making this part of our trip so perfect. We look forward to visiting again.

We stayed at Sina Villa Medici for one night. The property is well kept, well located and has AMAZING staff. An old villa, its quaint be offers a garden pool. The rooms are spacious and we had a giant balcony with a beautiful view. This is a nice place to stay. I'd recommend not eating in the hotel restaurant the food is only ok, and there are better places to eat at in Florence.

While the majority of the staff are kind, sadly the hotel simply doesn't live up to the images on the site at time of booking. We were at the hotel for two nights, the first night in a very dark room with a view of a wall. Then when we discussed the room not matching the booking details, we were simply told that nothing could be done as other guests were in that room. We then were moved to a second room which had a view of the street and nice light, however the smell in the room was unbearable and we had to have the windows open... in the heat of August. When I discussed this with the reception, they seemed to have never heard of this issue before... The reason we chose the hotel was to cool the kiddos off after sightseeing and that was the redeeming factor of our stay here. I would not recommend a stay at this hotel at all.
