Great stat! The gals at the front desk were amazing, very helpful and friendly. Cleans rooms. Shower was small, but somewhat expected for Europe. Location was great because it is close to/in the more residential area of Florence so our meals/gelato/coffees were 100% better than when we got the same items in the more “touristy” places.

Rude staff, most of the amenities weren’t to standard. In 40 degree heat, the aircon was turning on and off therefore it made it really uncomfortable to sleep,

The hotel was not up to the cost of the room, which was dusty, from furniture to floor. The air conditioning didn’t work and the shower head didn’t work. Very disappointed ☹️

The rooms are in a charming old building but have been renovated well. Our room was on the top floor with a gorgeous view of the roof tops and river. Although the room was modern and clean, we struggled a bit with the a/c which didn’t heat the room too well (stay was in December) - however, this was quickly resolved as we were given a thicker duvet. The staff were very welcoming and provided some great restaurant recommendations in the local area! The hotel is in a much quieter/less touristy part of town but only a short walk to the main areas across the bridge. The lift to the reception on the third floor is very small but does the job.

A special thanks to Federica who has welcomed us very friendly. She also supported us with any questions and helped us to solve some problems which occured during our road tripp. We felt very welcome at our stay. The room was really tiny but we only stayed 2 nights so it was okay for us. It was clean and air conditioned with a lovely view over the old town. The hotel is well located, you reach anything by foot and there are good restaurants nearby.

Federica and Roxy will help you with all your questions before and during your stay. The room is crazy spacious, super clean and very comfortable. I used it to prepare for my wedding and I couldn’t have asked for anything more perfect. Gigantic mirror!!
