Presenta un ristorante stellato Il Palagio dove è possibile fare anche colazione. All’interno del parco inoltre è presente una palestra e una Spa, dove è possibile fare diversi trattamenti anche luxury con creme con oro 24kt e massaggi con oli della famosa officina profumo farmaceutica Santa Maria Novella di Firenze. Ho apprezzato molto la vista della camera sul giardino della Villa, e l’accoglienza e la disponibilità del personale.

My husband and I booked this hotel wanting to experience a 5 star boutique hotel in franzia vs the usual high-end commercial hotels. We ended up making several reservations in order to take advantage of staying in other parts of the country. Therefore we ended up with booking 2 separate reservations at Hotel Regency through our Platinum Amex. We booked the rooms with a flex cancellation, in case plans change. Later I added one extra night to one of our reservations, come to realize that I had made a mistake adding the one extra night stay because my husband had booked us elsewhere for an overnight at Luca. Our total stay was going to be for 6 nights and there was going to be one night that we wouldn’t be staying at the hotel and returning again for 2 additional nights. When I called Amex and explained the situation I was informed hat the additional night that I had booked fell under a new reservation and did not have the flex cancellation, Yet they thought that it shouldn’t be a problem canceling that one night when we were going to be there for 5 other days. When they contacted the hotel and explained the situation the hotel refused to work with Amex. Thinking perhaps if I called and explained maybe I would have better luck explaining the situation and yet again they were unwilling to refund us for just that one night. I explained to them that the remainder of our reservation was still covered under the flex cancellation policy and if they were unwilling to work with us then I felt compelled to cancel my entire reservation and give my business to a place that actually appreciates and values me as a client. And still they did not budge. Therefore I went ahead and cancelled my reservation and booked a room at The Four Seasons hotel where my experience has always been extremely satisfactory with them.

The superior room was beautifully furnished, with clean marble bathroom! Amazing breakfast with fresh fruit, tasty pastries and a big selection of Italian parma ham! I would definitely book Firenze Bernini hotel again!

Grab an outside seat in front of the hotel, order a 45 - 55 Euro decent Tuscan bottle of red and sit back, enjoy the Florence City Centre ambience and the best Olives you will ever eat, plus crisps. They happen to be complimentary Olives, but money can buy no finer Olives anyhow. The staff are stylish, ultra professional and friendly. Technically you are sitting in the outside veranda of the Irene restaurant, of the Hotel Savoy, one of Ultra Hotelier Rocco Forte's properties. I have literally palatial historical holiday apartment nearby (please take that as not a brag but adult channelled childhood excitement that I got so luck, plus context for not staying) which means I have never needed to stay at Hotel Savoy, but I have come for breakfast with my wife and son...and also with friends and even alone. Breakfast was 45 Euro plus tip service charge per adult and my 3 year old was politely uncharged despite a healthy appetite from my plate. It is an excellent feast and the orange juice is excellent quality ..if you order from the kitchen (price included) you will not feel hungry until the evening. Staying at Hotel Savoy will usually put you back real money (think 1190 Euro a night for standard room in mid May 2024) but I have never heard a friend who stayed here do anything but praise the staff and rooms and food..with a sometimes guilty ”jeepers it cost a bit”. I have had maybe 4 dinners at the Restaurant Irene, all excellent in every way. The Hotel Savoy has the best (in my opinion) 5* hotel location in Florence, on the Piazza della Repubblica and every meal I have had there is 5*. Going back for breakfast on the 11th April and cannot wait. There is a small gym I've noted, and on a couple of occasions the lovely staff have allowed me to have lunch served in a large underground room that sometimes serves as a playroom, allowing my toddler free range as I have a relatively calm lunch, that experience alone is priceless and especially thoughtful towards a a non residential hotel guest Overall 5* in all ways I have experienced.

Fabulous location, friendly staff. Rooms appear clean, and the wifi is decent when you can connect. This place could be excellent, but the devil is in the details. The water temperatures (hot/cold) were reversed in the shower. There is no minibar, and the vending machine on the floor was indecipherable when it came to payment, rendering it useless. The elevators are slow and make grating noises when the doors open and are inadequate given the extremely high traffic in and out. The laundry service was good and on time. Breakfast was adequate at best. I may consider staying here again, but not at €300+/night.

I arrived early and the offered to store my luggage at the reception and they delivered to my room, that’s nice. There was no briefing on the breakfast arrangements at check in, they assume bay you know. My room is an end unit with a single bed, which is good for me, the bathroom is pleasantly big, and I do enjoyed the bath. Shower is good too with good water pressure. I found a pair of slippers inside the drawer of the bedside table instead of in the closet, they are comfortable. The whole 3 nights I stayed without Wi-Fi, they couldn’t fix it! The electric outlet has three holes so you need to bring the specific adapter as there no usb port to charge gadgets. I changed mine in the bathroom as my two pint adapters worked there. No kettle in the room but they kindly delivered some hot water to my room when I requested. The second night they told me to go downstairs to get it. TV has international news channels except CNN but that’s ok for me. Lifts are efficient.

This is a lovely, clean hotel with good facilities and location and an excellent breakfast. It has a very traditional decor, with a modern bathroom. Our room was pleasant enough but the window faced a wall and had huge shutters which we couldn't open. Hence, there was hardly any natural light in the room. I also found the staff a bit unfriendly, especially at the reception desk. There was no greeting if you walked past, and they did seem slightly condescending - not the usual friendliness you would expect on a reception desk. The staff at breakfast were much nicer. I liked this hotel, but a little friendliness and a smile go a long way and would have enhanced our stay.

Thanks to the owners and all staff at Alfieri9. I really enjoyed my stay there. It was clean, comfortable and everything I needed for a pleasant stay in Firenze! Both owners are simply lovely and the lady at the breakfast in the morning was very friendly. Beautiful breakfast, really worth it in my opinion. The hotel does not have an elevator which did not cause any particular issue. Thanks to the owners for helping me with my luggage. I truly appreciated it. Please note the hotel is a little outside the city centre, so carrying your suitcase around might be a bit of a challenge, because of traffic, cars, several tourists. You might want to take your time and or take a cab. However I have to say I enjoyed this quiet neighborhood and would go back to this hotel and stay there anytime

and of course wonderful full breakfast buffet (meats/cheeses, cakes, pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, coffee/juices - yum! and in beautiful room), wifi, nice size room, no elevator but we stayed on the first floor but did have to stair climb to breakfast, staff very helpful and friendly, laundry service pick up and return (saved us a lot of time and room in our suitcase for packing purposes), nice location - we were able to walk everywhere in Florence form here except train station with our bags. We would stay here again!!!

We had an amazing stay here, we felt very safe here and the staff are so friendly!! The breakfast is amazing and so close to the centre (15 mins) and amazing bars and restaurants nearby! We would recommend this place to anyone- absolutely ideal for couples and families !! I think would be even better if the pool was able to be used.

Hotel Rita Major, Florence. Situated approx 15 mins walk from Firenze Campo di Marte train station and approx 30 mins walk from Firenze S.M. Novella train station. Friendly staff, Jenny very helpful with her excellent english and Edwardo such a lovely gentleman. The hotel is in a very old building with lots of character. Nice outdoor space to sit with a drink. Rooms a little tight, basic but adequate. Bathroom includes hairdryer and excellent shower. Rooms cleaned daily. Breakfast just right with hot drinks, juices, cereals, breads, cold meats and cheese, cakes, fruit, yogurts, croissants and jam/chocolate. Pizza restaurant next door and coffee shop short walk up the street

Prenotiamo un appartamento per un weekend. Arriviamo verso le 18, c'è un signore che ci da le indicazioni per il parcheggio interno, le chiavi dell'appartamento (senza farcelo vedere), ci dice che non ci sono bici disponibili per il noleggio (non ci saranno mai). Paghiamo la stanza in anticipo (errore che non faremo mai più). Parcheggiamo e saliamo (da soli) in appartamento al 4° (e ultimo) piano. L'appartamento è luminoso, su due livelli. Le camere da letto sono al secondo livello, nel sottotetto, che può essere fastidioso per le persone mediamente alte. In generale l'appartamento è abbastanza pulito e nuovo. Usciamo per cena e torniamo per le 23. Per il centro ci vogliono tra i 20 e i 25 minuti a piedi, per noi fattibile. Saliti in appartamento ci accorgiamo di un rumore continuo veramente forte, come di un condotto di aspirazione. I rumori della strada non vengono assolutamente filtrati, le voci e gli schiamazzi degli avventori di un locale ubicato nello stesso palazzo della struttura, arrivano chiari e distinti, in più c'è la caserma dei pompieri di fronte (a cui purtroppo arrivano due chiamate durante la notte). A tutto ciò si aggiunge che il locale ascensore è esattamente sopra la camera da letto, per cui agli altri rumori si aggiungono anche quelli dell'ascensore. Chiamiamo la reception con poche speranze dato che sappiamo che il servizio c'è fino alle 19 e sono già le 23.30. Di conseguenza, chiamiamo due numeri di cellulare che sono riportati sulla porta della reception e nell'ascensore: sono numeri da chiamare in caso di emergenza. Non riceviamo nessuna risposta. Intorno all'1 di notte smette il rumore forte e consistente e smettono anche gli schiamazzi del locale in strada. Riusciamo finalmente a dormire. L'indomani mattina attendiamo fino alle 10.30 che qualcuno sia presente in reception, ma non arriva nessuno. Chiamiamo di nuovo i due numeri cellulari di emergenza e ad uno dei due risponde una ragazza. Le condividiamo la problematica dovuta ai rumori e dice che aggiornerà il collega dato che lei non è in turno. Nel frattempo dalla strada, arriva il collega (è la stessa persona che ci ha consegnato l'appartamento il giorno prima). Dice che farà subito le verifiche nel vano ascensore, quando specifichiamo che il problema non ci sembra legato all'utilizzo dell'ascensore piuttosto ad un altro tipo di impianto, come di aspirazione. Stiamo in giro per Firenze l'intera giornata e torniamo verso le 23.30. La situazione è esattamente come il giorno prima. Rumore forte e consistente nelle camere da letto, schiamazzi in strada. Lo comunichiamo di nuovo al numero di emergenza a cui risponde la ragazza (all'altro non ha mai risposto nessuno) che ci chiede anche dei video via whatsapp dei rumori. Si dice mortificata per il ”mistero” ma che non può fare nulla. Il rumore forte e consistente cessa intorno all'1 di notte, quando anche il locale sottostante chiude. La mattina dopo facciamo il checkout. Non ci viene riferita una parola sull'accaduto

A great stay overall. Location perfect for exploring Florence with only a 5 minute walk into the centre. Considering it’s so central, the hotel itself is lovely and quiet and had the prettiest garden which was a nice place to relax after breakfast or a long day of walking. The breakfast was good with something for everyone. Most of the staff were lovely expect one lady on reception with short dark hair and glasses. Was extremely rude on arrival and checking out. Apart from her, the staff at the hotel were friendly, polite and helpful. Just one piece of advice. Be careful leaving your window/balcony doors open. We did this on the first night and woke up in the morning to around 10 mosquitoes in our room and a number of bites. Wasn’t pretty. Overall it was a great stay!
