Unfortunately we would have loved our stay near sun dance square but I had a thousand dollars on my card and this hotel instead of taking 174 for the room took 450 plus 380 plus the room charge of 174 be careful handing a card over for so called incidentals

I specifically asked for housekeeping, and after two days went back down to the counter. It was told they only cleaned every other day and that they would clean that day so since I was there on vacation, I left for the day hoping my room would be clean and I would get fresh towels since I left them on the floor And got back that afternoon to get ready to go out for the evening and still bed unmade and no clean towels, which was very disappointing for me and my significant other to get ready with towels that we’ve already thrown on the floor and used multiple times, and after I asked. The following day when I went out to check out, A politely went to the counter to voice my disappointment, and what appeared to be the lady in charge, wouldn’t even look up and make eye iContact with me. The parking guys on the other hand were great. Super polite and nice to deal with.

We stayed two nights to attend an evening wedding. The room was a double Queen room for two adults and two teenagers. It was plenty big enough and was a corner room with tons of windows and an amazing view. On the 18th floor. Elevator was fast and not a lot of walking from valet to your room. Valet parking service was one of the best parts of the trip. You use an app to call your car and it was always ready quickly and the workers were friendly. One negative, the steamer I brought with me wasn’t getting the creases out of my formal dress. I asked the front desk if they had one and they didn’t. So I decided to give the iron a try. The ironing board was broken and rickety and the iron had a burr on it that snagged the underskirt of my dress (luckily I tested it) but the maintenance quickly brought me a new iron and ironing board and they worked great. So it was just a slight inconvenience. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The hotel was decent but old. We parked in the parking garage next door and our car was broke in to so maybe we should have paid the $42/night for the hotel parking. It’s ridiculous to charge $42/night to park. We won’t stay here again.

The room next to me was very noisy Thursday night. I put my ear plugs in and TV on low to sleep. Roommate said they didn’t fall asleep
